I paid 97p then next day they took £47.99…
I paid 97p then next day they took £47.99 from my account without my knowledge. They say its part of the terms abd conditions but it deffo was not what i read because i wouldn’t of done it. Ive asked for a refund but they wont give me one. i also spoke to someone( if a real person) on the chat box thing and they told me they have cancelled my subscription but i haven’t received any email to confirm this ive asked but they keep fobbing me off. Stay away at all costs!!!!!

Question about my renewal
I noticed my uMobix subscription renewed on its own and I must’ve missed that part when signing up. Could someone explain how the automatic renewal works in simple terms? I’m not upset, just trying to understand what I agreed to. Otherwise the app has been working quite well for me
