Agree with previous comments this company should be shut down or driven out of business. I ordered a gift costing 80 pounds for my wife's 60th Birthday which has never arrived. When questioning this with Unique Orchid there repeated response is "check your mailbox ". Almost two months now and no proof of where it was delivered to. Use at your own peril
Absolute disgrace.. Ordered and paid over £50 end of July 2021 for my girlfriends birthday at the end of August.. It is now November 14th and I still haven't received my parcel and have requested a refund on multiple occasions in this time all of which have been ignored.. Do not buy anything from this company it is a total scam and something should be done to shut them down..

I ordered my stuff on 24:11.2020 On 15th December send a fb msg to UPs they told me my parcel was lost after that I put in for refund and I had to fill forms that was not sent to me and till January then when them forms was received my parcel turned up for what I ordered and I will not be sending this forms to bank as items was received but I think you should have change the way your business works because what UPs told me was that and when I tryed to get in contact with your business nothing was sent back
I thank your business for the items I ordered but the delivery wasn’t a good experience and sorry about that for first time buyer I did think it was some scam or something
