Phenomenal Service and Product
The quality of the ribbed beanie is very good! The orange color is bright and consistent, the embroidery is spot on with no issues such as loose linings. Urban was upfront about how the package could take longer to arrive due to issues related to the shipping companies themselves, but they were very quick to send the package! Overall, great experience and customer service, as well as a phenomenal purchase of a good quality item.
