Love my new cap and beanie! Already got a couple compliments, and a few bemused looks which is the point really. No full on discussion yet, but I’m waiting for those curious enough or who have the audacity to question the fact. Absolutely love your products, the quality is great.

I received my hat and I loved it, except it was defective. The back piece that allows you to adjust the strap was missing. I followed up with customer service over a week ago with a picture and have not received a follow up email, it has been over a week. The customer service rep was incredibly kind and I just heard from her after I originally published my review…a new one is in transit. Thank you!!!

Excellent Service

I had problems with the USPS and my original order was returned to sender. I requested support and was granted a one-time reshipment of the original order. I love the hat, it's very cozy and the perfect yellow color, and will be wearing it at work to remind folks "YAONL".
