He was very nice and sweet today when I purchased but I am very upset due to the fact I was promised a ocean view with two queen beds and a kitchenette when I received my email confirmation later on today I called the westgate resort to confirm my reservation and I was told that I would only be getting a basic hotel room with two queen beds no ocean view or kitchenette so I am very upset I did not get what I was promised

I like that they had availability at the last minute. I work so much its hard for me to sit down and plan. So being able to pick up the phone at the last minute and still get the dates I want is excellent. It shows me this company cares about customers been satisfied. I also like the 100 gift card. I will use this to eat out.
