I called to cancel before the free trial ended in May 2023 and was told that it would be canceled. I was charged in June. I called the 800 number on the purchase information in the banking app and was told again that it would be canceled and refunded. I have been ill and unable to check my credit card account. Upon checking my account, they have continued to charge me for this every month since. I called the 800 number again and this time I was given an email and phone number to talk to them directly. When I reached them, it has no prompt in their menu options to request to cancel. After being cold transferred (3 times) and on a long hold, the representative finally spoke with a manager who said she would cancel and refund my money. The customer service representatives were extremely rude and impatient as if I did them wrong. They claimed to not see all the charges and I had to send proof of my charges. I will never sign up with them again.

Not allowed to reserve our stay
My fiancée and i could not make reservations because we have no bills with both our names on it except one, which was not accepted. They did refund our prepaid 3 night stay, but it is unacceptable that we could not book our stay for a reason that is completely ridiculous. I only gave one star because that was the only way to leave a review. This is total discrimination !
