False Advertising!
I would rate a zero if I could. I purchased the expendable privacy fence panels and they are so small they are the size of a small decorative couch pillow. The pictures and video on their site are false advertising. I would not even pay 5.00 for these poor quality, cheap panels, they are garbage, useless, tiny and the leaves are so sparse there is no way this is the same product photographed on their site and in the video. I spent 39.95 for each panel and total order was 79.90. Almost 80.00 for this garbage. I received them 5/31 and immediately emailed service to request a return. The response was, there will be a 5.00 processing fee and shipping cost which would pretty much cost me about 40% of the order so they offered to just credit me back 40% which means I basically am giving a company about 50.00 for garbage when they claim 45 day money back guarantee. Lesson learned, don't buy off a site unless you do your research. I bet I can find better at a dollar general!

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. Their products are horrible and then I’ll stand behind their products. They take a vantage of their customers and their return policy is not listed until you search for it. I tried to return something and they only offered me 40% on a $70 order, this is ridiculous. Don’t order from this company.

I’d give this company zero stars if I could. I ordered the faux privacy fence. Quantity 4.
Delivery took weeks as it came from overseas. The items arrived much smaller than displayed. The faux leaves are of the lowest quality imaginable.
The company requires me to pay for return shipping and a $5 processing fee. I’m certain the shipping back overseas won’t be reasonable. The company also offered 40% refund and I keep the items. I’m accepting this to not have to deal with the shipping, however I’m ensuring I share my experience in hopes of saving others from the frustration.

Ordered 3 faux trellis’s. Arrived 6 weeks later. In no way is what is represented in the promo video. A real price of crap that had leaves falling off as I opened the package. Emailed for return & was told there is a restocking fee and $60 mail back postage. Our package was returned to us via US mail as undeliverable. No such as address !

This bunch of arses sold me Sony RX100 several years ago.
They sold it to me as a brand new but the camera arrived in unsealed box. The user manual or CD were missing. There were only three European languages on camera menu. All the others were hieroglyphs. This mean that the product was manufactured for Asian market. I contacted those wan(k(ers via email and asked to take the camera back and do a refund, I did it on tens of occasions until my patience worn out and I gave up. The camera was faulty at the very begging, some functions never worked. With time the faults became more annoying making the use of camera impossible.
Advice to all - avoid them, do not get tempted by low price.

Scam Products - Scam Warranty Service
I bought Nikon D7100 camera from them which stopped working just after taking 200 pictures. They refused my warranty claim saying that their repair center is only in Hong Kong. Also all transportation/courier expenses and custom expensive will be paid for me (not by value basket). They lie in their warranty services and their warranty is never UK or Spain warranty but Hong Kong warranty. Its now an old story for me but I am still angry on them because buying from them was a total loss for me of 639 Euro.

Worst service ever - Bad LG G4
It's the first time ever I get such a bad experience like this and loose all this money.
My phone didn't work after a few months. But I was not stressed since they gave the Italian warranty (I live in Italy), so I tried to write to them. They asked me photos , videos, and so much info, which i supplied to them. After a couple of months they send me an address that i have to send it back in Cina, they can't garantee service from Italy. I send it, and it comes back to me as wrong address.
Now I can't even get a reach of them. I think they closed the shop and don't exist anymore. Another scam unresolved.
I hope the owner goes to prison for false publicity. I bought it because they garanteed a local repair service etc.

Shame
Its a shame to see what happened to them. I personally never had a issue spent a lot of money with them and and got really good deals. Only has to request my money back once in May this year and got it all back in 7 days. I was never a scam, just the company went tits up.

Now as a customer, I am in huge łoss because of their poorest service and fake product. Almost they cheated. Don't belive them, but any way they closed their company. But loss is in customer end. ..not sure why UK government policies missed in these to benefit for customer. Now I'm in loss of nearly 300GBP...WHO will give this to me? Is it Lloydsbank from where I transferred money? But I contacted them,they said that they can't help it. Then who?
But UK government policies are not upto the mark. Otherwise that would have stopped it.

Such a terrible experience
I did receive a Samsung s6, but it was the wrong model/color.
So, i sent it back 4 months ago and so far noooothing!!
The bank says that cannot open a claim against them to get the money back without a letter from the company stating the value of the product and the card that was used on the purchase (?).
It's sad to see that the system that is made to protect the costumer it's actually protecting the company. Because, it's obvious that's they didn't/won't answer any of my emails asking for the letter!!!

Cheated
Bought 2 x Mac air laptops last Christmas for teenage kids. Returned one which was faulty in Jun 16 (under warranty) and after over a month I contacted valuebasket and was assured they had received the mac and it was being repaired under warranty as faulty, they would contact me when repair complete and would return free of charge. Not heard anything since and cannot contact customer services. Can anyone give any advise on how to get my mac back?
