Marinella did a wonderful job with my haircut and balayage. She took the time to really understand the color and style I wanted, and she was warm and professional throughout the whole process.

I was a bit skeptical at first about achieving the exact tone I wanted since my hair is naturally black, but she managed it beautifully. The result turned out even better than I expected — I absolutely love it.

I had a disappointing experience and would not recommend this salon, especially if you have naturally dark hair.
I booked full color for long hair through their website and clearly requested a dark brown color to cover my grown-out black roots from a previous light color. When I arrived, I repeated this to the hairdresser and showed the exact shade I wanted. The hairdresser then consulted the manager and told me they would do some highlights. I found this strange, but trusted their professional judgment, assuming this was their technique to achieve the result result.

The final result was poor and uneven. I immediately expressed my dissatisfaction, and they asked me to come back another day to redo it, which already cost me extra time and inconvenience.

The most serious issue happened at payment. Even though the hairdresser quietly reminded the manager that I had booked full color for long hair (~1400 DKK), the manager ignored this and charged me >1900 DKK for babylights. I never asked for babylights, and this was never discussed or approved beforehand.

It is basic business practice to confirm any change of service and price before starting treatment. I do not mind paying more if agreed upfront, but charging a more expensive service afterward without consent is unacceptable. I felt misled and uncomfortable in that situation.

In the end, I paid more money, received a bad result, and now have to return again to fix it. The result is definitely not worth the price charged, and overall I felt cheated rather than taken care of.
I would strongly advise customers with dark hair to be cautious, to question techniques, and to confirm the final price in advance. I will not return and cannot recommend this salon

Neel is an excellent hair dresser and the best at doing perfect babylights. Furthermore, she did the most beautiful hair and makeup for me on my wedding day in 2017. I always enjoy visiting her salon ❤️
