I was initially very hesitant about…
I was initially very hesitant about using this service, however, decided to give it a try because of the great price and full insurance coverage that was possibly 50-60% less than directly from the rental companies. Turns out everything went great, I booked through Alamo I was able to check my reservation immediately from the Alamo website to see that my booking was confirmed, and it saved me all that annoying talking to the Alamo agent at the front desk as there was no need to upsell me as I was already fully covered.
100% would recommend and will be using again in future.

They are decent, but don’t be fooled
They are decent, some good deals to be had, however, their cheapest rental companies they work with are Thrifty and Budget. They are cheap for a reason. I have had nothing but issues with both of them, specifically Thrifty. For this reason, I will not be using them again, and it isn’t Viajamos’ fault really.
I rented one vehicle a week, so I’m off to Enterprise now.

Viajemos Car Rental & Agent Conversation
I spoke to a Viajemos agent with regards to obtaining a quotation directly and then to be able to discuss it at the same time with them. I had already been on the Viajemos website and entered the details that i required to hire a car from them, but there was a number of items that i was not sure about, so therefore i decided to speak to an agent. I gave the details to the agent for the period i wished to hire but he could not bring the same details up as i had on their website which i find quite astonishing. So because he could not bring up the same rental quotation on his system that i had on my PC in front of me from their website, he couldn't provide me with the full answers that i required. Basically he said "I cannot see the same quote as you, so go ahead and book it online as i cannot do it for you", and that was it.
Not really the response and level of assistance i was looking for and if it had not been for the fact that i had booked with Viajemos before, then being completely honest, i would not have booked with them.
When spending a considerable amount of money to rent a vehicle from them you would have thought that you would at least be able to discuss the same quote together and cover any quesions that I may have. Not sure if this was an IT issue but it wasn't what i would consider 'great service'.
Previously Viajemos have been very good but on this occassion the agent just didn't seem to be making any effort to help me.

Viajemos Misrepresenting itself!!!
This time, Viajemos has completely misrepresented its service!! You can’t sell a car rental “con seguro” without liability which is mandatory in California. No return call from a supervisor despite my request.
Be aware not to rent with them in California and check for other states requirements. I had just completed a great rental with them in Philadelphia.

Really disappointing
Really disappointing. We arrived to pick up our car that we had reserved through viajemos. There was not a car for us. The only solution viajemos could offer (after 1 hr on the phone) was to pick up the car at another location for $120 more. A definite bait and switch, and we decided to cancel and book through a more reputable place. Would not recommend at all.
