First time using your website to purchase items fine prices are affordable and other items are in interest and as for shipments of delivery estimated time arrived in good timing. Am a satisfied customer.

No issues at all. The package arrived at a very acceptable time frame from the moment of the order, the service was very friendly (sent an email to make sure everything was fine) and the jacket was just what was promised to me on the their site.

I received my order in perfect condition.

Ordered a Rodeo Jacket from Vintage Stylist, very reasonably priced, lots of communication from them re shipping and delivery, parcel was delivered much earlier than anticipated, excellent quality and really comfortable.

I had to return a jacket that was slightly long on the sleeves, I was sent a tracking link to keep an eye on its where about's which was a big help and I could email an employee named Alisa who was always very quick in responding to any questions I might have, she was always very helpful and friendly which was great. Thanks again Alisa.

I bought a jacket which upon receipt was a poor fit and poor quality. I contacted them to arrange a return and they did everything they could to prevent me from returning it.

It cost a fortune to return it to China and 3 weeks later I contacted them for a refund. I was told it was 'under investigation' before a refund could be issued. A further 5 weeks have passed and I'm still waiting for a refund because it's still 'under investigation'. I tried this on once and sent it straight back so if anything is faulty it's not down to me.

Poor service, poor customer service, poor product and a poor experience.

Don't waste your time or money.

Fantastic service, company stating 4-6 weeks for delivery, received mine in just over 2 weeks, very good after delivery care too.

Allowing for COVID restrictions we were satisfied with the business communication about our order and the delivery. :)

I bought Vintage Stylists liberty jacket only to find that several of the pockets are fake. They're just zippers and flaps with no purpose. When I tried returning it, I found out that, due to the location of the facility, it costs more to ship back than the jacket itself cost. On top of that, my interactions with customer service was full of inconsistencies and flat out difficult to work with. Save yourself the trouble and don't deal with Vintage Stylists.

This jacket arrived quickly (depend this period of Covid), very nice product and great quality.
I had hoped for redder lines in the design but it is ok.

The product came earlier than expected, in proper conditions and well packed. The jacket is exactly as shown on the pictures, totally satisfied with the product.

The customer service and timely shipping were great. The jacket is a very nice jacket too, I’m really happy with it.

Alisa reached out ahead of time to warn me of a possible delay in shipping because of the Wuhan virus. She didn't have to do that.
Online merchants could learn a lot from Vintage Stylists' attention to customer care, & shipping was quick considering.
12/10 would buy from Vintage Stylist again.

I was very happy with the purchase from Vintagestylists.
Sizing charts were accurate, the quality and the fit met expectations.
