Bought a bathroom cabinet which developed a faulty door catch after one day. Suggested a replacement catch be sent for me to fit however a replacement cabinet was delivered. This meant employing an electrician to remove the faulty cabinet and fit the replacement. The company refused to make any contribution towards this cost and simply ignored correspondence.

I will never use or recommend these these again. Contacted them 3 months after having my bathroom fitted. Quick to take your money but didn't want to repair any think . Plugs tarnished . Sink plug pushes in but dosnt come back put . Shower screen falling apart . Seal misleading. Path panel keeps coming of . Floor damaged . I contacted them a number of times but was just ignored . Even threatened them wirg trading standard

Please I am advising you to stay away from this awful ran company. Please keep your hard earned money. They do not know what they are doing. I had a full bathroom completed by them in March 2023. I started having issues in August 2023 and started chasing them, they informed me the company went into bankruptcy but they will help me if I provide proof of evidence and bank statements, which I have done. They have now blocked me on all platforms. My bathroom had a leak which I had to pay for someone to fix, the tiles are now cracking with holes. Please do not choose this company otherwise you will end up regretting it like I have.

Didn't want to give it even a 1 star but couldn't go any lower. Had our bathroom fitted 13 months ago. After not arriving 3 times, they eventually turned up and completed job in just 1 day. First glance it looks lovely but on closer inspection we could see the flaws. The following day we noticed there was a leak. Phoned and emailed photos and no response. Very poor customer service. We have had to pay £400 to put it right. The whole bathroom had to be ripped out, bath had dropped, the legs underneath the bath were not even touching the floor. Tried again to contact V&B and it says the company is permanently closed. They are now working under Bathrooms V&B. Exactly same website. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Never ever trust this V&B bathrooms they are cowboy😡 had my bathroom done last year and had so many problems, but once they got their money they don’t want to know you. Not answering any of my phone calls or messages.

Do not use this company! I had my bathroom fitted 12 months ago and still having problems. The floor is all lifting and cracking. We have water coming through our kitchen ceiling. I too have been blocked. I’ve spoken with Trading Standards as I thought I’m going to be out of the 12 month warranty. To be told you have 5 years to claim with work like this. My only regret we paid cash for the work doing as this was preferred. My next step is seeking legal advice. STAY AWAY FROM THESE COWBOYS!

Do not use V&b bathrooms for months now they’ve been fobbing me off with all kinds of excuses when I’ve complained about the laminate floor cracked and lifted,the last contact with them they gave me one of there workers number to sort it. Have a guess what false number.just warning you all nice people don’t use this company there all conmen

The only regret I have is letting them in my home cowboy outfit stay clear of this company my bathrooms a mess

Radiator leaked, u bend under sink leaked damaged the unit and flooring, toilet seat broke,all waste left, messages ignored via email, phone and messenger and text

This is an untrustworthy company and I would advise you to look elsewhere for a bathroom suite. I bought a jacuzzi bath from v and b bathrooms and from the start it didn't work. After one year of leaks and the bubbles not working they finally inspected it and said that it had been damaged during installation. They said they would replace it 6 months ago. I have now been blocked by the contact and they not replying to emails. Texts or letters. I am now seeking legal advice on my best way to resolve this. I am leaving this review to warn all possible victims of this company to stay clear.

I gave up when company closed, surprise surprise!!
I have ended up paying professionals and whilst it cost me money thank god i did.
I thought i only had a couple holes left in panels by fitters, some dodgy looking silicone and a shaver socket that was faulty. Thank god I was picky enough to care, I actually had far more than i could see.....
The shaver socket once removed was a ball of wires that were live with no earth we could have been electrocuted.
The tiles were still on walls even though they said they removed.
The light and fan wiring together was a death trap.
The bath waste ran the wrong way.
Shower pipes not connected properly and were coming out.
Bath frame was not bolted together and worse still no legs comnected under bath to support the weight, fibreglass bends so was a nasty accident waiting to happen.
Whole room not sealed correctly.
The list goes on....
It may have cost me more money but I have piece of mind, thank god I am picky because I worry for those who believe they have a perfect bathroom about what is lurking behind it 😓

Bathroom completed last September, couple snagging issues but after months of false promises have had enough, another fake arrangement to come recently and guess what...nothing!
Guarantee worth nothing!
Make sure you check bathroom with fine toothcomb before paying! Hold some money back until you have chance to clean as that's when you spot anything wrong!
Gutted really because for most part was happy.
I have full photo screenshot library of reviews that have been removed from Facebook, I didn't even book time off this time as knew they wouldn't show, obviously another family emergency for the fitter.
Victims of their own success and don't care that holes in panels, sockets that don't work and a leaking tap matter. Oh and check your shower screen to ensure hinges are on the right way, the glass moves!!!

Invite them to comment and sort my issues but I won't hold my breath. I can see why there us a dedicated fb group about the service provided which i declined to join.. Feel free to contact me message for more info.

Following my Google review 2 weeks ago I had several messages from them and more fake promises. It appears if you are lucky it's great but just be mindful, I am only glad my issues appear to be cosmetic....hopefully.

I wanted to change my old bathroom and I have seen good feedback in Facebook for this company and contacted them in April 2022
The fitter who done the job has done the job of 3days in two days as he wanted to go back home, he used bad quality silicon that opened after few weeks causing leak in the roof and the big problem was the the shower tray which is not regular and water collected in the middle of the tray and till now we are not using the shower and in stead of having a useable bathroom we have now only toilet and sink after paying £4000
And there are many other mistakes although my son called them many times and after many trials they come and take fotos and videos and disappear

I've just had my bathroom completed by these guys. The fitter vitalie didn't speak much English. But worked very hard. I have contacted vitalie to tell him my shower tray isn't draining properly and have been ignored. I've contacted customer service to be told they are closed. My shower is leaking through my kitchen ceiling.i don't have any paperwork. IE invoice or guarantee either. Absolutely shocking....

VB Bathrooms, amazing Facebook feedback so after following them for over a year we got them out for a quote. First booked appointment was cancelled and we weren’t informed until after the event.
Rescheduled and lady turned up, very informative and she knew her stuff, very impressed at this stage.
Install month-Kit turned up early, house looked like a bomb site for over a week (wasn’t a major issue).
Install day-No one showed up due to a vehicle breakdown, not informed beforehand.
New install date-turned up, bathroom fitted, day 3 for completion. No one turned up, no communication so we contacted them, issue with fitter so went into the following week.

Bathroom complete-looked great, checked the job before transferring cash, poor finish between walls an ceiling, mentioned that I could get do a better finish and I’m useless at these things. The fitter tried telling me that it’s hard to get a 90 degree angle when walls aren’t straight (that’s why you’re the pro). Sent the money and concluded you get what you pay for I guess, fairly cheap at £2700.
Leaking radiator they did return after two planned appointments, this was sorted so credit where credits due.
Got a shower and the tray just fills up and floods the floor if the shower is anything but low, contacted and arranged someone to some out, didn’t turn up. Contacted again, didn’t turn up on agreed date.
Install was May, we are now in October, this weekend we were due someone to come and sort the over filling shower tray, no one turned up and no communication on this. We’ll now now get a professional to sort this and claim the money back through VB bathrooms. Aftercare is terrible.
Made a comment on Facebook about this as I was again seeing great feedback. With my negative comment I was blocked from making comments. Sensor-ship at its finest here.

I ordered a vanity unit in basalt grey for my son but when we opened box it was white.
We decided to keep it as it’s a load of hassle to return. Disappointed that we didn’t get what we ordered but the product is really well made & will look good anyway.

Sam was very hepful and put together a fantastic design. It was such a smnooth process, and Sam was able to sort out a slight hiccup extremely efficiently and quickly. Great service, good design, excellent advice!

There were a couple of days delay from the date of delivery expected and I was kept informed and up to date. Very efficient.

First class service from order to completion. Would not hesitate to recommend Virtual bathroom.

Having searched the web for Tissino Hugo 2 tower radiator, found VB at an excellent price. Contact with Daniel was VERY helpful, advising me on matching fittings. Delivery was spot on, arriving easily on the promised day. VB company deserves to do well, thoroughly recommend, with great Cudtomer service Daniel
