I want to thank Tom for his excellent customer service, patience and great guidance in helping me with the Virtual Shield VPN program. He has had to tolerate a person who's first computer was the IBM PC back in 1981. Computers have become MUCH more sophisticated and are way ahead of my low frustration level. When something would happen that caused a question about Virtual Shield and/or its operation, Tom would patiently help me understand what was happening and provide the detailed steps that it would take to get things fixed.
Compared to "other companies tech service" I rank Tom and Virtual Shield at the top of them all.

I found I had lost my connection with VS this morning and I panicked. None of my children here to help but was able to get online help with you. Well I have searched and searched over the web multiple times to find an app that does what I specially wanted to do it took some time and effort on my part but then I ran across and bioshield and I register stats and I truly love what I had read and I finally realized that I no longer need to search anywhere else I have found exactly what I wanted and ever since then I have been very very happy and please with a performance and not only that but with the customer service the very kind concert and utmost helpful and very knowledgeable and I have showed this that too many many of my friends and just some that I have run across to and we just got to talk to you about technology and I told them that I definitely had to show them something they was absolutely not believe well when I show them All the functions that you had to offer they told me that they were totally impressed and they would actually have definitely go out and get the same quality that I have expensive for quite a while so I think all of you at vital Shield or taking care of me God bless you stay safe and please stay vigilant

Lost VirtualShield connectivity but was resolved utilizing the VirtualShield chat. Fernando was patient and extremely helpful. He suggested to uninstall VirtualShield which I did and to download and reinstall it using a link he provided. However, when that didn't work, he provided another link which solved the issue in seconds! Very happy that VirtualShield connectivity has been restored thanks to Fernando.

I can count on the staff at Virtual Shield to get any issue I've consulted with answered. Realistically we do not live in a perfect world and if the internet itself is the problem I cannot and will not tag the people at VS for their lack of technical expertise. The company, in my not so humble opinion, is Up-Town #1. Sure I could spend a lot more money on another VPN, but why? The problems here get sorted out and always are on target with solutions.
