Whenever it 'seems' I am having a connection problem (sometimes I am), the wonderful support team responds quickly with steps to take to rectify the issue.
Customer service has always been an important factor for a business & nowadays it is vital.
Once you get used to having VS VPN, you feel uneasy if you need to get online w/o it due to some connection issue.
VS VPN gives you peace of mind in this crazy world.

After I activated a 'ticket', it took a while for anyone to get back to me. However, once I received a response, the problem was resolved the same day. The Account Manager, Tom, was extremely helpful. He asked pertinent questions and resolved the problem promptly. I have used Virtual Shield for several years without a problem. I did not want to use any other VPN. Thanks for your help!

I've been with Virtual Shield over five years, and what I must absolutely say is that its BEST FEATURE is not just its Tech Support (Tom from Level Two is THE BOMB!!!) but its TELEPHONIC Tech Support, which is EXTRAORDINARY!!!
A confirmed Luddite/ technomoron, there is nothing on Earth more comforting than having an IT GENIUS on the phone, not merely addressing and correcting a problem, but putting a frazzled, frustrated enduser into complete CALM with his phenomenally-comforting, soothing, upbeat, amazingly kind and patient delivery.
To watch this man work after he's taken control of my PC is cause for wonder and awe: never have I
received such assistance from a tech provider, and certainly never from previous VPN providers!

Had a false subscription expired notification. Chatted with Amanda with statement of issue and screen shot her a picture of my account info stating my auto renewal is are of 8/4 2026. Immediate response from her and challenge solved. Back up and running as a satisfied customer.

What made me give V/S a rating of 5 has very little to do with the product, but a certain individual I deal with whenever I encounter problems with this product.
He's knowledgeable about the field & product, respectful in every way & is truely customer orienated.
As for the product, I would give it a rating of 2.5.
