The system is very easy to use and more from the help of the technician that guided me through the steps. Now I can see who come and leaves from my apartment even when Im not at home. So far its been a great investment to have vivint as my home security.

Vivint is HORRIBLE

Vivint is HORRIBLE. I have tried now to cancel their services since September 22nd!!! All i get is the run around. I have done EVERYTHING they have asked have forwarded my 30 day cancelation to 3 different employees and they still wont turn off this service. If you try to cancel with these people good luck.

Quick and Easy Installment Technique

The installer called 30 minutes before hand as was expected. He apologized because he had a new i pad and was having trouble with it. He was very professional while not being stuffy or inconsiderate. He was easy to talk to when asking my questions. I enjoyed having him install my equipment.

The alarm system I have had not worked…

The alarm system I have had not worked in several years do to many features not working. I have been sent a new window break and a new fire alarm and I guess I was to install them. I did not so they were here in the box when the tech arrived. I was going to cancel my alarm system until I talked to a lady on the phone by the name of Aspen. She changed my mind and promised me she would have a tech come out and fix my system. They scheduled me a tech and he came out and worked on my system and now it is up and working. This tech was the best and was very knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything he was doing to my system. This tech was the best. He called me before he got here and got here earlier than they had planned. That was fine with me. The tech cleaned up and fixed everything that needed to be fixed. Now my system works again and I feel safe in my house again. Thanks to the tech and Aspen. Thank you

Upgrade

Experience was very smooth and easy to understand the product. Had a security system for over 21 years and was looking to upgrade. This system was perfect.

Dishonest salesman, Zachary

When we signed up with Vivint, we told by the salesman, Zachary, if referred people we would get $150 per person. We referred 2 neighbors on the same day as install and still have not received anything. These 2 neighbors also signed up with Vivint. Since the salesman was not honest, I refuse to refer anyone else.

The installer left some of package…

The installer left some of package paper on the floor. After installation it was very difficult to get in contact with someone. This leads us to keeping a service that we are not completely satisfied with for the next 5years. Not a happy consumer.

Harassing

I have the service and when you are late they call you multiple times a day from all these fake numbers, which the federal law does not state the number of times but multiple times is considered harassment, which you can be compensated for. Also they make your doorbell alert multiple times around the same time each day, also to harass and aggrevate...I see a class action lawsuit on the rise. I can’t wait to find another service

The tech that installed my system was top notch

The tech that installed my system, Jonathan is literally the ideal employee any business would be proud to employee. Vivint is definitely pricy as an understatement almost but the interface of the system and features help make up for the high price.

Great technology

Great technology. Love this system. Mr St Rose is the model install technician. Your call in customer service network needs a LOT of work. You can do this. Get better on the front end.

Excellent sales and service 😀

My sales rep Jose was extremely professional, knowledgeable of product and courteous. Same for the installation representative, I think his name was Paul.

I used Vivint for years and their horrible when you try to cancel

I used Vivint for years and their service was good. I sold my house in June, they wouldn’t let me out of the contract. Luckily, my contract was up in October of this year and began providing them with notification of cancellation in June, both verbally and in writing; you must submit in writing. Multiple times I followed up to confirm they received my cancellation notification, 30+ minutes hold times, I was reassured each time I am set up for cancellation. I called again in September and they said sorry we don’t have the notification, I sent it again and waited until they told me it was received and was again told everything is setup for no future billing. I just received a past due bill for charges dating back to October and I am now having to fight with them to get these charges cleared cause everything needed to cancel wasn’t processed. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT! It’s impossible to get out of!!!
