Wish I would have read the reviews first, I just trusted Wowcher wouldn't deal with such con ppl , I'm beyond dissatisfied with my mystery box , straight in the bin it went 😡

Don’t waste you’re money on the 20 item mystery box , I didn’t even receive 20 items , and only two decent things in it , rest was total trashy items

Omg this is so terrible!!! I bought the mystery box from wowcher and it's awful. I got 1 cheap tacky gold jar 2 tiny tealights sticky labels an old iPad case some dishcloths super glue nail files garden netting and alcohol wipes .....and they counted the 4 tiny wipes as 4 items!!! Complete waste of money

What a complete waste of money! I bought 2 of these at £11.99 plus £3.99 per box for posting (even although they arrived in the same box). Items were cheap and nasty. 4 small tea lights and 4 nail files = 8 items, not one single useful item. Really not happy, false advertising and stealing folks money. Wowcher should be ashamed to have anything to do with these people.

FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD!

Do Not Buy. They are fraud. When I read the reviews I immediately requested for a refund less than one hour after paying for delivery. I contacted them and they said they have not received my order. I said I am no longer interested and I want my refund. The next thing they said was my items were delivered by Yodel, in my safe place. I did not receive any order, I do not have a safe place in my flat. They kept going back and forth. I contacted wowcher and they kept referring me back to this fraudulent people. Almost two weeks, wowcher said vivo has to give them permission to refund my money. Seriously? That is why this people could fraudulently cheat people because they know wowcher is on their side. Today almost two weeks wowcher said they can either refund my money into the wowcher wallet or continue chasing vivo. I knew they want to frustrate me so I opted for wowcher wallet refund and even gave the guy a 10 for review just because I am glad I got the voucher even though I have to use it on wowcher.

Stay away from this stupid deal. They’re fraud!

I did recieve my box and on time. All the reviews are accurate though. Its just a box full of household bits that never got sold.

Its not worth £12, but ill keep the gloves.

Giving 1 star, as 0 stars is not an option.
Paid £12.99 plus £3.99 for a homeware box advertised on wowcher.
Product description clearly stated "all items are brand new, boxed and sealed"...
That description could not be further from the truth!
The box was full of crap! None of it brand new or boxed. It was tat they had lying around their warehouse.

Messaged Wowcher, they were beyond useless and about as useful as a chocolate teapot.
I then remembered that I ordered my products through paypal and I explained to paypal what happened and they have issued me a refund...

I have since reported wowcher and Vivo Technologies to the relevant authorities and they said they will investigate as this sounds like it is clearly a scam!

Ordered a mystery garden 20 items box via voucher, parcel lost the first time ( very helpful sending another out, that’s the one star)
Contents received was 12 tealights, and other crap like plant ties. Don’t bother wasting the money on this

Just received the mystery wowcher garden box,
States the contents are worth at least £29.99
The realistic price and without prejudice is £8 max!!
Opened the package it had a strong smell of fish!!
Continued to look through and found rusty outdoor tea lights,
Absolute crap!! Returning asap

Ordered the 10 items toy box from wowcher. With the delivery it came to almost 15 pounds. To me the value of what we received was of about £5 max. so not a great deal at all.... On top of this, one of the item was not working and the box of the card game was broken. I would have liked to read a review like this as I was hoping it was a 'great deal' as advertised and didn't think I would be paying more than the value of the toys! They get away with it as we don't know who to complaint to and Wowcher will probably not help either.

Faulty Good Year Tyre Inflator. Requested a refund several times. No feedback from automated complaints procedure. Telephone number does not connect. Same address and Company's House registration as Vivo Technologies. Parcel despatched by Vivo Technologies. Vivo Technologies deny responsibilities for the item. They don't really deserve any star rating really.

Ordered some utensils from Wowcher. Was told it was dispatched. They never arrived emailed to be told they were never sent because it was out of stock! After another email I received another story telling me it was a lost parcel. Don’t trust this business. Con artists!

Wouldn’t even give 1 star if that was an option, ordered a deep tissue massage gun from this company on wowcher, item never arrived any email reply I got back of them was just copy and paste on the tracking history, finally got a refund after 3 and a half months on emailing them and it took me threatening to take the matter further to receive the refund, terrible customer service, wowcher should drop them or at least allow reviews on their website so people know to avoid

Wowcher & these con artists, what a team they make, literally DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Wish I had read the reviews before using this company! Ordered a giant connect 4 game through Wowcher however received what I would call the normal size connect 4 game. Have gone back and forth with emails and sent photo proof but they had zero interest and told me I would have to pay for return postage even though I told them that’s against consumer rights as I didn’t receive what I ordered. Awful service don’t use them!!

It’s a scam

Ordered face masks, took ages to arrive which I kind of understand as it was at the height of COVID-19. Still, took two months. What arrived wasn’t face masks just cheap cotton cloths, not individually wrapped as advertised and chucked into a flimsy black bag.
As bought through Wowcher, they refunded me the price minus delivery, so I am quite lucky. However, complained directly before and after and all I got was automated messages.
Bad quality and bad customer service

Wish I'd read these reviews before parting with my money for non existent face masks. I sent dozens of emails to the company and Wowcher to no avail. All you get is automated stock answers it's on the way. It's out and out theft. I've resolved never to deal with Wowcher again.

I ordered a trampoline costing £117 on 25 April which said it was in stock. I have not received any communication after repeatedly sending messages and emails. Do not purchase anything from this store. I am still waiting.
