The same thing has happened to me still waiting for a trampoline after ordering on 5th May , no response to emails , no number to call ! I wish I had seen these reviews :( ! Do NOT buy from them

Seems like I’m another victim! Ordered a trampoline on 15th may but still haven’t received it. Tried to contact them but as with others, no reply. I have now raised a complaint with PayPal so will hopefully get my money back

I ordered 10ft trampoline 28/04/2020 I didn’t receive yet . I try to contact the store but no phone number I just send messages but no answer. Don’t buy anything from this store

Cant say for sure all I know is ordered £100 trampoline 6 weeks ago. Not received and no contact number. Only email and guess what? No reply to those. Couldn't put zero stars as had to give at least 1 star to leave review.

Terrible company. Ordered 3 items which should have been delivered by 08/04/2020. I accept there may be a delay due to Covid-19 which is totally understandable but I have still not received the items. My (numerous) attempts to contact them are met with repetitive generic emails blaming Covid-19 for not delivering my parcels. I have tried to contact Wowcher who place blame with the company. 2.5 months after ordering the items I have not had an apology, explanation or refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Would give less than 1 star if i could.

Terrible company, seem to think if they send out repetitive generic emails blaming Covid-19 for non delivery of goods then this equates to customer service. I bought face masks via Wowcher and eventually after a number of live chats with Wowcher I managed to get a refund.
I can only advise other Wowcher customers to do the same, insist on a refund not a credit. They have also given me £5 credit for future purchases, which I will never use as I will never buy from them again.

I bought a weed burner and 4 gas cannisters. I received a damaged box which with the gas cannisters and no weed burner. It was only sealed with a little bit of sellotape. I contacted the seller who came back with a bog standard email about having problems with posting out items (I guess that is in relation to people who have complained about face masks). Very bad. Will not buy again from wowcher.

I wish I had read these reviews before I purchase and also got ripped off by this very bad company. There should be a way to warn people to read reviews first or link on the Wowcher website.

I have since got a refund from wowcher but vivomounts is an untrustworthy company. In light of all the other negative reviews I’ve reported them. They shouldn’t be allowed to do this to people. I was lucky in this instance many people are not. Wowcher should allow reviews on their sight so people can read at the point of sale. Further more they should vet these Fraudulent companies as it’s their reputation at stake.

I have been waiting since the 29/4/2020 for these masks I purchased them through Living Social and still nothing when I checked my tracking on them it said delivered what a load of crap don't even know how to get hold of the. It makes me sick scum like this getting away with this all the time people don't have money to waste at the moment.

This company is a disgrace, I ordered some outside games for the family to help ease the lockdown. 8 weeks later no delivery, like everyone else I should have read the reviews, Wowcher should be held to account for allowing them to use their platform, they are still advertising today. I believe we should all contact Watchdog and Martyn Lewis and get this company bought to justice

Ordered 2 sets of face masks on 14th April. Still not received as of 12th May... Lesson learned! I should have read the reviews prior to purchase! VIVO Technologies seem happy to capitalise on the Covid 19 pandemic yet don't deliver the goods which were ordered so that someone who is being shielded feels less at risk. SHAME ON YOU!

I too have been waiting for my masks for over 2 weeks over the arrival date i was told. Am not happy at all with this company, and emails dont go through to them. Wat is going on.

Would give no stars, ordered face masks from vivo, nothing arrived and now it's a month later, 1st issue I've ever had through wowcher and I've ordered many things with them, face masks are more than a toy or accessories, they could save somebody's life, great that they are both playing around with that
Update 11th may, wowcher just emailed me saying my face masks will be here by the 20th, it was delayed due to stock issues,

Same story as everyone else Ordered face masks for next day delivery on 4th April not arrived and no sensible response from either Wowcher or Vivo.Both companies have very bad reviews and I guess they will close down and start up again under different names.

Wowcher advertised masks from Vivio Mount and Vivo Technologies.

It's a scam - avoid all three companies. I stupidly thought that Wowcher was a reputable company who advertised deals with suppliers you can trust. They're not.

This was my first and last order from Wowcher. Their customer service is atrocious and they they are scamming customers (whether intentionally or not)

Like everybody else I bought 2 masks from this irresponsible company and they took the money but they never arrived. Contacted Woucher but got no response. Don’t buy from them if they are not responsible for the products they advertised.

Like many others I wish I’d read reviews , purchased a mask from Vivo along with filters 11th April through wowcher , money was taken from my account same day . Still have not received product !!! Not able to contact either wowcher or vivo. Automated response from wowcher abysmal . Wowcher even had a cheek to ask for a review of the purchased mask despite having tried to inform them I hadn’t received it . Do NOT purchase from wowcher or vivo , total scam .

Profiting from this situation with inflated prices is one (reprehensible) thing, but scamming money from people at a time when most have very little is just shameful, especially for what looks like a fairly large company.

Lodge official complaints about this company and make them responsible for their business practice..

I ordered a face mask and twelve filters last month but up until today 06/05/20 nothing has been forthcoming. I tried leaving e-mails but nothing has been sent to my inbox very upset to say the least
