Landline problems

The internet has been fine since we signed up but several problems with landline. It takes several weeks to get a problem resolved. At the moment we cannot make outgoing calls. This has been logged I tried to get an update this morning but Voneus just cut me off

Voneus would be great ISP if they were to improve their customer service and fault resolution

We were previously SWS (great service)

We were previously SWS (great service). We have been having issues with our wifi for over 3 months and have called numerous time and nothing happens - Never get call backs or follow up!. Am looking to move elsewhere...

The approach from Julian the Voneus rep…

The approach from Julian the Voneus rep was of the highest standard that I’ve ever experienced from any salesperson. Absolutely no pressure, no exaggeration of performance expected from the company. Easy, straight,concise clear talking and no pressure!! He left me with a clear full picture of what I could expect from the company. Rang back a few days later to see if I had decided on the proposal. A big 🙌

Suresh and Krzysztof did a great job

Suresh and Krzysztof did a great job. Neat wiring, minimal disruption. Both guys were very polite and helpful and everything was explained clearly. The speeds were demonstrated and they are so much better! Thank you team

Fantastic service

Reef and Paddy were absolutely brilliant- came earlier than expected and got the job done according to what we wanted rather than what was quickest for them. It wasn’t a quick job as we live in an odd house with thick stone walls. Reef helped us sort out our mesh to connect the whole house. Thank you!

Reliable and clear service

I am happy with the service I have received from Voneus Broadband. The company I was previously with was quite unreliable, making it challenging to work from home. However, since moving over to Voneus, I have not incurred any issues.

FTTP connected today

I had FTTP connected today and showing great performance 500 up and down.
The work was carried out by Dave Wheeler and Albie Sanger very efficiently and a neat finnish was achieved.
A very good experience and a fantastic improvement in speed.

Upgrade in 5 minutes!

I've just signed up for service, in response to a Black Friday email offer. Within minutes Driss was on the phone offering me an upgrade to the 500mps service and VoIP package for about £10 a month less. Survey and installation is scheduled for 6 days' time.
So far I'm very impressed: we'll see what the installation, connection and speeds do to that impression.
More later.

Kevin came to see me

Kevin came to see me. I normally don't talk to cold callers. He was the exception as he was not only Professional, but very likable in his approach.
I signed up because of him and his no pushy sales rubbish. He's knowledge of his business and telling me about things that I was not aware of regarding Broadband was unbelievable.
Thank you Kevin, it was a real pleasure meeting you.
I don't normally put reviews on, but in this case I felt I should as Kevin asked me to if I was happy with every thing he did.

Technical help good but call back too slow

After chasing my original 8 day old call for technical help, I eventually got a call-back from a Voneus engineer.
Happy to say he was able to resolve my problem with the Voneus supplied ZYXEL EX3301-T0 router very quickly and was extremely helpful.
He was able to access my router remotely and talk me through the wireless access control configuration changes I needed.

Very impressed with Voneus

Very impressed with Voneus' service so far, customer service has been superb. We have had a few teething problems with our initial connection and the Voneus team have ensured that this has been resolved quickly.

Kevin was a fantastic guy to deal with absolutely couldn’t recommend him enough.

Hi there I had one of your guys come to my door called Kevin Kirkpatrick and Kevin was very friendly and polite.
What I liked about Kevin is that he listened to my needs and was very helpful and knowledgeable and come the end of the conversation Kevin was able to sign me up to a plan that was tailored to my needs.
Thanks again to this kind gentleman that was so helpful.

Poor service

My account has only recently been acquired by Voneus and instead of quick response to a problem it took 6 days. The final call to the Helpdesk was in response to a message left by the technical department to confirm that the problem was finally resolved. The last straw was a young lady who told me I failed the security checks because the short form of my name, Bill, is not acceptable I must, after 75 years, use William.

Very grateful to Ola for his help.

Ola very patiently guided me through connecting my desktop computer, my TV and Sky box to my newly installed Voneus broadband. There had been a problem, but he very kindly resolved it, for which I am very grateful.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! BE WARNED!!

Absolutely abysmal company with even worse customer service.

We have been two and a half weeks without any internet, despite repeated emails, calls and requests for update, we have heard nothing.

The reviews for this company have progressively declined and there are multiple customers without service.

Please heed the advice and don't touch this company with a barge pole, only regret and bad experiences lie at the end of their promises.

I rang to enquire about installing…

I rang to enquire about installing their broadband and a gentleman called Driss was very helpful and patient and professional. No pressure only information and it was easy to arrange an appointment to suit and a 2 hour time slot which is always a bonus.

Knowledgeable and honest

William Gibb called at my house on behalf of Voneus to offer their service. WIll was exceptionally pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained thoroughly all answers to any questions I posed. He was very thorough and provided detail to a technical level not littered with jargon and waffle.
Since the initial contact I have emailed Will with an important question I didn't think to ask on his visit. His response was a) sent within a few hours, and b) seemed very honest. So refreshing. If Will's performance is ANY indication of Voneus service in the future I'm sure I have made the right decision to switch. Only time will tell. Over to you Voneus..........

Having had a few issues over the speed…

Having had a few issues over the speed I was given a visit from engineer. This resulted in a thorough test of all the equipment, unable to raise the speed so put me in for a complete new system. This required a follow up visit, different engineer however equally as professional and thorough as the first one. All this was within a week so no complaints there. Results have been outstanding and I now have excellent download and upload speeds, I have seen an odd poor review for Voneus however I have nothing but praise from the initial contact right through to follow up from Taonga theVoneus representative. Excellent outcome

Great Service from Voneus

I sent an email asking a few questions about the contract and potential installation timeframe and within minutes received a call to discuss. Very pleasant man called Driss, answered all my queries in an efficient manner and handled everything very professionally. Another customer joining the Switchover.

I am happy to recommend Voneus as a cable supplier.

I transfered to Voneus fibre cable from Talktalk part fibre/part copper and it's been a revelation. I chose the 500 Mbps option and can get around 600 adjacent to the router. I did have 2 problems early on - partly my fault - but these were quickly rectified. I did have a problem contacting technical service in the evening, but the next morning got through on 2 occasions at the first attempt
And - a 24 month contract with the first 6 months free was a bonus, especially with no price increase during the contract.
Recommended.
