Order and delivery fine
The chairs I bought are weatherproof Nd dry quickly. After a shower of rain followed by sun one of the c h airs is showing rust marks . The paint on the steel is thin an coming off. I will now have to bring them in as every shower threatens not what I wanted to do

Excellent service from point of order to delivery.
Product very good for blowing but doesn't quite go low enough to pick up small pieces of leaves etc.

Seems to be well made , and the brush action although only used once has brought the grass up nicely. The only bad bit is the twig and general bits basket in the back is a mesh so very small bits seem to get thru it.

These Appliences are good quality and good price. Two year warranty is a good one for this purchase.
Delivery service was good as well.

Lovely parasol and stand. Both excellent quality. They look expensive but they weren't . Very good quality.

Quick delivery easy to put together

My order was cancelled 10 days ago. As I cancelled it before it was delivered I expected my refund to be with me within a week but I’m still waiting. Very poor customer service

I bought the sander from congas a s I thought the price point was good. It arrived when it should have but I haven’t got around to using it yet.

Hedgetrimmer not arrived. I would love to write a good review about this item but since Von Haus have chosen to use Evri as their courier the original and now the replacement trimmers have gone 'missing' and have not been delivered. This is reflecting poorly on the brand.

Delivered as expected. Packaged great. Instructions clear, all in all a good experience.

Disappointed with the build quality on this product.

First of all I love the garden table.

Sadly I ticked the next day delivery to get it before the bank holiday but it didn't arrive.

We had to wait for it until after the bank holiday.

Vonhaus should remove the next day delivery on their website to avoid dissapointment.

Haven’t actually used the electric fry pan yet but the quality of the product is very good. Ordered on Thursday and received it the next day it had free delivery which was a bonus, would definitely use this company again.

Ordered said was dispatched money taken, 8 days later nothing, contacted twice for an update still no acknowledgement or reply still waiting no idea where my order is or when will arrive. Again the money was taken please be careful using these the customer service is terrible I will not use again.
