Very upset tbh ordered 2 units one…
Very upset tbh ordered 2 units one arrived the second unit was not delivered!! Emailed them on Wednesday STILL have not received a response as to where the second item is. Very quick to take your money though 😡
It continues!!
They have now emailed me back to get me to check if it was left in a “safe place” unsure what they are not grasping about I have received one item not the other. FYI I ordered my items to my office address which is a firm of solicitors.

Ordered two anti gravity garden chairs
Ordered two anti gravity garden chairs. Arrived with damage to one of the canopies and the other chair would not recline easily without manually moving it. Messaged "customer service" about fauly chairs...no response. Tried the online chat, told response within 48 hours and still no response...I'd avoid as we have two chairs which are not good value for money. One is unusable as in doesn't do what we brought it to do and the other has damage so will probably end up rusting sooner rather than later! Very disappointed!
UPDATE: Following the reply from supplier, we are still trying to sort out a refund although they want to charge us £6.99 to return! 48 hours later and we're still awaiting a reply. This has been ongoing for a week now and we're still no closer to a full refund for faulty products. When querying the £6.99 charge, we received a reply "confirming our original order had been delivered" and nothing regarding our query.

Great product very good quality the tiller works a lot better than I expected. Delivery was great.
WOW. What a machine.
WOW! What a machine, very impressed. It appear to be well made, hopefully it will be trouble free. Used for the first time yesterday, 8th May 26, using the Tine Rotor. The Start/Stop idea is a piece of cake to operate, as so is those over centre handle locks when putting away.
Set at the second to highest setting, it dragged out the dead grass & moss as it should, again impressed. The one star fail, is that collection box. On the first pass the debris was falling out! This was due to having a shiny smooth base in the box, so it was always going to slide out. Secondly, the box angle is all wrong. This I remedied by setting the ironwork as so it resulted in a slight downward attitude , it worked wonders after that. This area of the machine is it's only weakness.

10 days after placing my order for a lawnmower and I still have not received it! Evri keep cancelling the delivery saying item is too big.
I have requested a refund but had no response so I am now going through PayPal. Evri are the worst courier around and shod not be used by any business that wants to keep their customers.

I ordered the Von haus Tiller on 1st may. I received an email on 4th may saying its on its way. Still waiting for my order to be delivered. Ive checked Evri Tracking and it says they still waiting for the parcel. Friday 8th may and Tracking still waiting for the parcel. Still waiting for response from customer service on 5th may

Ordered product through B&Q and no-one seems to know where it is
Ordered a product through B&Q on bank holiday Monday and got an EVRI tracking number very quickly. Since then the EVRI tracking has not changed and EVRI claim they have not yet received the item. I have emailed vonhaus twice and B&Q has also emailed them. No response from vonhaus so far. Vonhaus comms are not good.. Will not buy from them again. Rubbish customer service experience.
Update. Vonhaus requested additional info from me via B&Q website and trustpilot. I provided this information very quickly. However, von haus has not yet despatched the item, nor have they given me any indication of whether / when they are likely to send it. Seems like it's not just their comms that are poor but also the overall operations at the company. B&Q beware - von haus are making you look really bad. So, von haus: you need to send this item to me, next day delivery. I don't care what has been a challenge in your systems, that's your problem. Just send the product I've paid for.
