Iwan was my first point of contact at Waddle, and he was absolutely amazing.

I have to admit that I felt quite bad because I gave him the runaround at first. I wasn’t sure what Waddle was, as I had never heard of the company before. Since he had some of my personal information, I was concerned that it might be fraudulent activity, so I was very cautious. I kept arranging dates for him to call me, but then I wouldn’t answer because I was convinced that someone was trying to obtain my details for fraudulent purposes.

However, Iwan was incredibly patient, understanding and persistent. He continued to reach out to me and took the time to explain who Waddle was, what the company does and why he was contacting me. Eventually, I decided to give it a chance. I even contacted my previous insurer to make further enquiries before proceeding, as I wanted to be sure I was dealing with a legitimate company.

I then went through the initial process and spoke with Aimee, who was equally amazing. She was patient, thorough and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. I was genuinely shocked to discover that my previous insurance policy did not provide the cover I had thought it did. The realisation that, if something had happened to me, my family might not have received a payout was incredibly upsetting and eye-opening.

The whole experience has been so informative. I now have a much better understanding of insurance, the type of cover I need and how important it is to ensure that my family and I are properly protected.

I also received a follow-up call from Andrea, who was wonderful. She was patient, explained everything clearly and made sure I understood all the details.

I honestly feel so blessed to have gone through this process. It has been a truly positive and eye-opening experience, and I am extremely grateful to Iwan, Aimee and Andrea for their patience, professionalism and support.

Iwan, I would especially like to apologise again for giving you the runaround at the beginning! I hope you can forgive me. I was simply being cautious, but I genuinely appreciate your determination and patience in helping me understand what Waddle was all about.

Aimee was superb and helpful throughout. I felt that I was being given sound information.

The whole process of starting with Waddle and going through everything has been amazing, Jacob was so thorough when dealing with all the questions and paperwork, being understanding when we needed to reschedule calls due to family issues. He was always so polite and helpful! Once I received all my documents Andrea was great with the onboarding process and so friendly and understanding with all my questions. The services is great and I’ve got peace of mind that I selected the correct policies.
