Our walker Danielle does a great job. She’s on time all the time. My pup knows when she’s coming and gets so excited when the doorbell rings. He rushes to the door. She’s very thoughtful about his care. We are very happy.

Great Walks and boarding
I have been using Wag! for my very energetic standard poodle for both walks and boarding and we always had a great experience! The app is very user friendly and it's easy to find a walker even last minute. I signed up for Wag Premium to get more perks and discounts, definitely worth it!

Excellent care with Wag
I have had a good experience with Wag. I found a lovely woman to walk my dog. The app gives me a lot of information before, during, and after the walk. I’m told everything from when she leaves to come to my home to when she finishes the walk. There’s a map that shows real time where they are walking, and I get a report card when she’s done letting me know how the walk went. I’m quite happy with Wag and recommend their service.

Love the convenience. Walkers are great.
I love the convenience of the app. I have not had one problem with any of the walkers or any of the services that they have provided. They have all been above and beyond. But on the app, it can be confusing. Also the app touts that it's vision friendly but I disagree. I accidentally blocked one of my best walkers. And I can't get them back onto the app. I sent an inquiry, but to this day I have not seen a reply. I did finally find, after sometime, a blurb saying that it is impossible to add someone back after blocking.

Service fees with Premium plan
I am very confused how much your fees are. The rates the dog walkers state for their services are much less what the ultimate charge is.
I thought purchasing the Premium plan meant you didn’t pay an additional service fee.
Can you please explain why I was charged $34.80 for a 1 hr walk this past Saturday.
Also, can you tell me your fee for each service.
