Dropshipped Handwarmer with a 200% markup

Was interested in the their hand-warmers until I heard a rumor that they are cheap drop shipped stuff. A two second search on Alibaba proves this to be true. A 200% markup just to change a name on the side is heinous.

Hi mate, sorry that you are so upset about simple business.

First off, this is not dropshipped, we have a lot of stock in a warehouse and we ship daily to all of Europe.

Secondly, we are a small normal company that needs margin to get profit.

If you want you can order another hand warmer from China and let them ship it to you in USA, this will take 2-4 weeks and you will pay shipping + taxes. Our customers get their product within days without taxes. Pros and cons you know.

Shipping to Canada…

I emailed about shipping to Canada in July and they responded immediately by saying I could purchase from ESL on August 31st. Once the 31st came, they sent me an email to remind me that I can purchase it. Amazing customer service.

7 degrees

Used them in my trip to Norway in 7 degrees Celsius and that was a lifesaver. One of them down by my feet and the other one by the chest. Great product.
