I had a very professional and pleasant meeting today with Hedley concerning an adjustment to my will
Everything was explained to me and any concerns were dealt with in a very professional manner.

My queries were responded to in an appropriate time scale.

We received a call from Hedley Roberts and subsequently had a meeting with him regarding changes to our will. Hedley was very informative and advised that we ring fence our assets and also set up Powers of Attorney. That was something we planned to do anyway so we went ahead. We are pleased with Hedley and the only reason it is 4 stars and not 5 is because it is still ongoing.

Lauren was extremely helpful in getting a complex issue resolved successfully. It was also nice that Lance followed through with a telephone call to say everything had been updated accordingly.

Had a call with Abim yesterday to verify Id with my parents and myself. Abim was prompt, helpful and a pleasure to talk to.

Sorting out new wills, power of attorney and trusts was a lot easier than expected.

Our advisor, Hedley, arranged everything to suit our needs in a quick and efficient manner making the full process easy to understand even with meeting taking place over WhatsApp (done this way due to distance apart from each other).

All documentation sent in timely manner with easy to follow rotations for completion.

Quick and efficient WhatsApp call to verify identity. Call took place between myself and Abim

Shocking company for customer service when you need it the most.
My mum stiored her will with wds and after she passed away it took 10 weeks to release her will. Even after many calls to wds. It made a very stressful time even more stressful.
No apology from this company just rude staff.
I had my will stored with them to which I now have asked to cancel 3 times unsuccessfully. They just keep sending me a cancellation letter over and over again.
I do not want my children having this stress if we pass.

Abim gave a very clear and professional service regarding a Trust and Lpa matter for our family. I can recommend. Thankyou.

Sean came to our house for meeting which meant we were at ease and could also get any info he required. No risk of having to send via email at later date or have another call.
Sean explained range of options and pros cons of each. Explained costs clearly and what services we’d receive for each.
Feel we’ve taken good step forward to protect ourselves and family.
