Ordered 5 bottles of champagne to be delivered to Hungary — everything arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The packaging was very secure, with no damage at all. Great service and reliable delivery. Would definitely order again!

I ordered 8 bottles of Ruinart for a birthday celebration. The order was placed a bit last minute, so I contacted the person who's email was displayed on the website - Arthur - for more information about the delivery time. At first I was surprised when I received the answer, 5 min after I sent my email (comparing with other similar websites, this can take ages). The communication was smooth and responsive. My parcel was shipped quickly and arrived just two days after placing the order (I'm based in Paris). The bottles were well-protected and arrived in perfect condition. Professional, fast, and reliable service, that I highly recommend. Thanks again!

Website is not able to navigate. I took the time and wrote an email to them and got a real cocky reply. Definitely not worth ordering there with this big bunch of competitors on the market.

I 've been trying to order bottles online for 3 weeks now. No way, when selecting a bottle online, the quantity is not correct. I've ordered 2 bottles and the total card shows 5 bottles of quantity. impossible to delete the cart and replace the order all the time mention the wrong quantity !! Pay attention. and do verify the quantity before proceed the payment ! it's very sade because of the amazing brands WLB offers. and I try and try again no way !!!

I ordered the wine on Dec 4th and so far I didn't receive any tracking number or status of the shipment.

Superb service. Your packing must legendary. I ordered a magnum to be delivered by GLS. In their wisdom instead of opening the gate to the property and ringing the door bell they threw the bottle over a 2.5+m fence...AND it survived!!!

I ordered champagne with 2 glasses. They sent me right champagne with 2 glasses from cheaper set witch were broken. I asked to send again and yet they sent 1 wrong glass and complined that it was what they got from winery. Basically they took 2 glasses out of champagne set and replaced it with cheaper ones and sent them. When i asked compensation they were silent like boars in the rye. I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM THEM.

I was so pleased with the delivery company and how I could track their arrival time. The champagne was packaged exceptionally well and arrived in excellent c condition. I have not opened the bottle yet, as it is a gift, but I am impressed with the impeccable service I have received in attaining such a luxurious bottle.

As always, We Love Bubbles is a winner in price and service. Even though I reside in another country, the shop is very good in expediting the Champagne and getting it here in a reasonable time. Once in a while, the labels I want are not in stock, but the variety of offerings is such that this is never an insurmountable problem.
