Still haven't received my laundry sheets after more than 2 weeks.

I ordered The Spray Set and I'm very happy with how well the products work, how lovely they smell - especially the geranium all-purpose spray and how beautifully designed the refillable bottles are. I'll be buying the laundry sheets next.

My only request would be for Spruce to develop some geranium-scented dryer sheets, or laundry spray.

Great concept but unfortunately products only work well if surfaces are not too dirty. Nice bottles though.

I love the products. They're so good, clean well, smell delicious and don't agitate.
However, 4 stars only as they promised to send new washing sheets last month, so I preorded, money was taken and nearly a month later, no sign of those. I've emailed them and no reply. That's just not right and I wouldn't expect it from a company like this. As much as I love them and want to support them I'm very disappointed.

Smelt lush but doesn't last. it definitely done the job on my floors and I felt better as it's better for me , my family and the environment. Arrived swiftly and packed well

Totally recommended.
Ideal aluminium spray cans came in starter kit. Nice colour co-ordination. The refill sachets (just add water) will be sent regularly. Loved the cellulose sponges. Another similar company gives refillable plastic, so i was just really happy to go aluminium. My bathroom is now plastic free!! The floor detergents a dream.

I love it. Love how easy it is to use and the smell is very subtle but noticeable. Just my opinion but if using the floor cleaner it seems to take a lot longer to dry. Other than that totally recommend everything 👌 💕

I love tbe design of the bottles, how well it cleans and to top itboff the smell is amazing. Will be buying again

So happy with Spruce cleaning products! I do not want to use dangerous, toxic products that contribute to the environmental crisis and these are the perfect solution. They really work, smell delicious and fresh, and look lovely. I also love having a simplified cleaning process now with just a few sprays and a floor cleaner. Would love them to do a loo cleaner, laundry wash, and washing up liquid too!

This is the first time I have used spruce and I can honestly say that it smells divine! I can’t wait to order more!

Love the Products...Need to work on the packaging so sachets do slip out of the delivery box in transit.

Took ages to arrive. One of the bottle sprayers doesn't work. Unfortunately not that long lasting a smell, I like to smell scent of cleaning product for a while after and went away nearly straight away.

Really pleased with Spruce, the bottles are exactly what I needed and I love the colours
Couldn’t decide between 4 or 5 star rating, the communication was quick and easy, cardboard type packaging was excellent but delivery was very slow (one item had been on pre-order so that’s ok)
I haven’t worked out how to order a spare bottle without the cleaning product but I’m sure it’s possible

This should read 4 and not 5 stars. Very good but not perfect. Struggled to open the sachets. All been difficult so far

all taxes were not included in the price paid, or an invoice with taxes was not included with the dispatched items, therefore the post in Belgium required 25€ to be paid in order to deliver the items. i refuse to pay 25€ when the order itself is not worth that much! the items are on their way back. i hope that my order will be reimbursed.
