We really enjoyed the saunagus with Anissa today in Hillerød. She was good guiding through the sessions and explaing the scents and combining the with music and meditation.
I highly recommend going into Teglgårdsøen between the sessions 😁

Amazing Saunagus experience with nice people. I enjoyed joining this sauna for the last two years with amazing events and dipping in the svanemøllen sea afterwards is just amazing.
We had a great combined Windsurf/SUP company event with really good instruction and a nice chillout session with music and drinks afterwards. Highly recommended!
