Overall good experience but I had problem with 3D Secure using my Visa card (tried 2 times). It finally worked with Bancontact one.

I do not know about the others - as for me it's all fine with it for whatever you may mean with it. It all works on a basis level but it works as for everything else you may try some competitors or try some plan along with it anyway for whatever reason out there.

Like all fans of Hellfest, I was in line (like most of my friends) to get my ticket for Hellfest Edition 2020. More than half an hour before the opening of the sales, with a good computer and an excellent high speed connection. 11h30 - 12h I am 200 000 in the file, but get to 1 after 20 minutes. ERREUR 500 . Ok that can happen, i wait 20 minutes more - I get in take my tickets in less than 2 minutes (there are 9 minutes to take them) - i go to pay : Erreur 500 - in the next two hours, the same scenario 3 times. Thats not how a professional ticket provider works. Out of 15 friends, 2 got the tickets. Thats not the normal ratio, the other years there was no such problem.

Year after year they don't know how to increase their server capacity when big events like this goes on sale.
Got my tickets after 1,5 hour of re-queuing and few error 500 after adding tickets to shopping basket and trying to checkout.
I hope Hellfest organizers change their ticket company to TM, or someone else, who is professionally in business.
Bad experience
Sad to say but getting error 500 on a production environnement and with so massive customers, is not acceptable.... waiting more than 2hours and getting multiple time to the confirmation page with error after submission...
