Cannes appartment in September (no aircon or wifi as promised).
I booked am apartment through this company in Cannes in September 2019 who are quite frankly a bunch of "cowboys". The electrics in the flat were faulty from the outset and despite numerous attempts to get a resolution they have finally refused point blank to offer any compensation. We had no functioning aircon throughout our whole stay of four nights and the wifi did not work for the first night and the following day. The customer service is terrible, the staff are rude and arrogant, and also devious, they keep promising to look into matters simply to keep you off their back and nothing gets done! To make matters worse it was for my father's funeral, so the extra stress was most unwelcome. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

We are sincerely sorry for the inconveniences you have mentioned. The aircon is indeed not working properly. This is why we have modified the apartment's listing, in order to avoid any disappointment. However, we are quite surprised by your complaint concerning the WiFi regarding the exchanges we had during your stay. Indeed, when we asked you if this was too problematic for you, you replied that one of your relatives was living in the same building and that you would use her WiFi connection. We are sorry if you were not satisfied by the customer service, we did our best to fix the issues you raised as soon as possible. We hope to host you again someday, in order to make you live a better experience.
