Cannes appartment in September (no aircon or wifi as promised).

I booked am apartment through this company in Cannes in September 2019 who are quite frankly a bunch of "cowboys". The electrics in the flat were faulty from the outset and despite numerous attempts to get a resolution they have finally refused point blank to offer any compensation. We had no functioning aircon throughout our whole stay of four nights and the wifi did not work for the first night and the following day. The customer service is terrible, the staff are rude and arrogant, and also devious, they keep promising to look into matters simply to keep you off their back and nothing gets done! To make matters worse it was for my father's funeral, so the extra stress was most unwelcome. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

However, we are quite surprised by your complaint concerning the WiFi regarding the exchanges we had during your stay. Indeed, when we asked you if this was too problematic for you, you replied that one of your relatives was living in the same building and that you would use her WiFi connection. We are sorry if you were not satisfied by the customer service, we did our best to fix the issues you raised as soon as possible. Very cozy and well situated appartment

Very cozy and well situated appartment, at very reasonable price. Perfectly equipped and light, also very convenient to be able to park the car.
The staff member who greated us at our arrival was very kind and helpful.
Highly recomended in all aspects.

Two years of mistrust...

After 2 years we finally gave up with Welkeys. With no checkout after departure, we had to pay for damaged table, window blinds, etc. Poor communication, lost keys, and upon the cancellation of our contract, they ask for 1 500 euros to relocate a guest who has 3 months to find a new place. This is a scam! Beware !

Thank you for the review, having your feedback is really important to us. We are deeply sorry you were not satisfied by our service as we did our best to rent your property. As this is the case for many of our apartments, there are indeed no physical check-outs. We ask for a deposit and unlock it after our concierges have checked everything in the apartment. Depending on the type of damage, we can fix them with our team, as long as our contract with the owner requires us to do so. We are sorry for the inconvenience. As for relocating the new guest, our account manager had told you some fees would be involved when you asked to terminate the contract. Relocating a guest during the “Fête des Lumières” is indeed expensive because of the high number of visitors. This regulation is applied on the platforme of reservation and we are not in measure to change it.
We remain at your disposal for any further information you may have regarding the relocation fees.

We arranged to rent an apartment in Dijon

We arranged to rent an apartment managed by this group through Airbnb. We paid our deposit in December and cancelled the rental in January - TEN months before our reservation. On the Airbnb site we were told that we would be due a partial refund. Then we were notified that Welkey's would not refund us. The policy just simply isn't reasonable. We have asked for a partial refund back but have heard nothing. If you use this company be very certain that you intend to follow through or you will be losing money.

At the beginning I was not sure to leave my apartment in the hands of a company. I had some fears about the quality , but finally I am pleasantly surprised by their service. Simple and efficient service. The team is very responsive and nice 😊

Welkeys cancelled my reservation…

Welkeys cancelled my reservation without any reason or excuse and left me no time to find a replacement at the busiest time of year. Avoid using them at all costs

Booked an apt with these people, booked my flights on the back of multiple confirmation emails only to be told that the owner has decided against renting it out. Perhaps they should have checked before confirming and letting me book four flights
