Black Glass Desk

Folks, I have to say I ordered a Black Glass Desk and it is perfect and I love it. I was fearful (because I only read the reviews afterwards) that I would get nothing but it arrived and It's as expected, great value too. While I have no doubt the issues others are having are genuine my experience was great. I only gave 4 starts instead of 5 because it was few weeks late and it just arrived without any notice, but hey it arrived !

None delivery of item I ordered

I ordered a tv stand 3 weeks ago for delivery 27/06/19. Waited in all day and at 15.50pm received an email stating the product was no longer available and to contact them to order an alternative or cancel the order. When contacting them there was no apology from them not even an acceptance that I’d taken a day off work and that they must have known before 15.50pm on the day of delivery that the item was no longer available. I’ve now got to wait 14 days for a refund. The same item I ordered is still on there website and letting you order this so please be careful. Would definitely not recommend this company.

If i could have given minus stars i would have.AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! This company will take your money and never deliver goods or refund your money. Full of rubbish excuses about finance department systems crashing etc....total rip off!!! Have reported to National Consumer Institute (Instituto Nacional del Consumo) in Spain.

Ordered a lamp

Ordered a lamp, company where kind enough to cancel the order as I had ordered the incorrect item, they kindly offered a credit or refund...I of course chose a refund and assured me 14 working days I would have this back in my account, 25days working days later i am receiving the same response as everyone else's review that there is some technical issue.
They have now begun to ignore my emails as I am explaining that I do need this money back as soon as possible. I have asked to speak with a manager but I am being ignored, £74 is alot of money to me and I cannot afford to give it away.
So I am now worrying that I have given money to a company.....and I just don't think I will get it back from seeing the same reviews. This is very upsetting.

Ordered a product that they said would be in stock in a couple of weeks, I was happy to wait. Then that got delayed. Then was told they wouldn't be able to get hold of it so I asked for a refund. Was told it could take up to 2 weeks to get in my bank account. After waiting 3 I heard nothing from them again, no contact at all. Luckily my bank has sorted it out with them and I have got my money back but avoid.

Will not reimburse refund money

didn’t receive my order until a month after I was meant to, and when the lamp arrived it’s completely faulty and unusable. Cannot receive a response from the company as to when they can collect the item and refund me - completely unethical

Update: 7 months later and still no refund despite numerous e-mails and false promises. Awful customer service - do not purchase from Wellindal.

Avoid at all costs

Ordered an armchair, two weeks later emailed them to find out that the item is no longer available (it is still on their website marked as "in stock"!), asked for a refund. Got an email about some "system breakdown".. It has been 3 months now and I still didn't get my money back! Awful shop, avoid at any costs! I wish I read feedback about them before I made a mistake and sent them my money. Will fight to get it back though - I'm not giving such a present to some dodgy people!

UPD: luckily I paid through PayPal - finally got my money back from Wellindal thanks to PayPal customer protection policy!

Fraud website- they show much cheaper price intentionally

Fraud website- they show much cheaper prices on the website and once customer buy and pay, customer gets mail that item pricing was wrong, order is cancelled and money will be refunded but they never refund money.

Fraud. Do not buy from here. I am asking them to refund my money from last 3 months but no once is responding.

Company took money for non-existent items

Company took my order (and money) then informed me that the product was not in stock and never would be.

Tried to offer store credit, but agreed to a refund, which I have yet to receive 5 months later. They replied to emails for a while, leading me to believe they were honest in their attempts to sort it out.

Complete Fraud

Complete Fraud - I ordered a bookshelf on April 1st and it was due to arrive in two weeks. Since then I have exchanged 10 emails with various customer service representatives, who were increasingly unhelpful: they ignored my requests for clarification of tracking, lied about communications with the freight company, and made multiple excuses for why the approved refund has taken three weeks (and counting) to process. I will be reporting this fraudulent transaction to my bank and filing a business complaint. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Avoid this company, they need investigating for improper conduct. Too many complaints of not refunding customers. I am still chasing my refund to no avail.

Ensure you use paypal

Ensure you use paypal - ordered items and nothing arrived for 2 months.

Chased up and received a very unhelpful response of track it. Then I continued to chase logistics to receive the same response.

After losing my patience I raised a Paypal dispute. Eventually turned up but were cheap pieces of plastic. I have escalated to a full claim for a refund.

They charge you to use paypal, but I would strongly suggest to do to get the protection on your order.

This company needs to be investigated... I could write a long review about the lies and poor customer service oh and a year later they still have my money without me having any goods... but it would take me too long.......so just beware!

Worst Company ever - Avoid at all costs

Worst Company ever. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I ordered 5 Chairs online. Paid EUR 180.
Took my money, and ship lost the Order.

6 weeks later I am still waiting for my refund.
Nobody has called me. Nobody has bothered to email me.
I keep getting the generic responses from their so called 'Customer Service'. I am disgusted!

No chairs, no refund and appalling customer service.

If I had read these reviews before I clicked 'Send', I would have avoided at all costs.

I am writing this review for people who hopefully WILL look at reviews, before they order. AVOID !

Worst experience I have ever had with an online company

Awful,
Ordered two side boards which both arrived broken. I am now over one month waiting for my refund, they are a disgrace.. They respond with generic nonsense via their illiterate customer care.

I feel truly tricked by this company,, please avoid them at all costs.
