Great service from Team Switzerland - we needed a spare part for a coffee grinder and they send this to our address - free of charge. Really great to see there are still companies that provide such a good service.
I have the Uniform, not cheap. It worked fine for a few months, now it stops mid grind, with the on/off light flashing. I have to unplug it, wait a few seconds, and plug it back in again. The grinder will grind for 2-3 seconds and repeat the issue. I’ve taken it apart, as far as I feel comfortable, there are no obstructions, I think the thing just has a power issue. Someone up top decided to save a few pennies per unit and this issue is now extremely common with this brand. I don’t want to return it, I just want to repair it but neither seems to be an option.
Bought an electric grinder a year ago, already faulty. Can’t find proof of purchase and wasn’t expecting a refund but they won’t even look at a video to advise on the fault. Appalling service and quality and not cheap either.
Wilfa's products are a mixed bag, I own their grinder and scale, and the grinder has been working great. The scale on the other hand isn't calibrated, and when I tried to fix it [I'm in the Netherlands] then it took 5 months with their customer service to no end, in the end I gave up and decided to leave a review on their site, then after verifying my email and review, the review isn't up after 6 months of posting it.
Even if my guarantee isn't covering the issue, I expected at least some transparency on posting all reviews (especially that this is mandatory by law in the EU in 2025)
Judge by the way this company operates, I can predict that this company will disappear soon. Wilfa is basically a company that
sells cheap wobbly products with premium prices. Their customer service is really bad, warranty it's a lie, description of their products don't match the product itself. If you contact them for help, they won't take any action. Basically when you purchase something from them you're by your own. I wish you good luck with your 1500kr cheap half working kettle or coffee maker.
I don't understand how this company is even allowed to operate in Sweden. I recommend you to stay away from Wilfa and go for some other brand with prestige and background. Don't get fooled!
Maybe it’s different in Norway, but it’s hard to imagine how this company survives. The product information is generally incomplete. And that’s only the products you can see - quite a lot of the links are blind. The Norwegian web site doesn’t have any contact details. Their UK site doesn’t reply. There products look good, but…… If they treat people who are trying to buy like this, just imagine what the customer service must be like.
