The item I purchased bore no resemblance to what was advertised on the website. The "coat" I ordered is nothing more than a cheap piece of fabric. I tried to return it but was met was a great deal of resistance and no assurance that I would ever get a refund. I was a offered a 30% refund if I kept the coat but I hate it and don't want it. I would be embarrassed to donate it to a charity. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDULENT RETAILER.

First off this is shipped from China. Do not expect soon.
Second good luck on customer service. I wanted an exchange for a different size. At first seemed like no issue. Emailed back to me stating They received my email. Then an email stating They will do an exchange. Then another email stating it will cost 34 dollars if I accept let them know. I approved. Then another email stating they would ship. Figuring again it would take a while but after a couple weeks responded and updates? Got a response they received my email.
Then nothing again. So received out one more time to be told sorry it's over the return window nothing they will do...

I paid $80 for a jacket that looked great in the picture. When I FINALLY received it, it looks like something you’d pay $1.00 for on Temu. Looked nothing like the picture. Extremely cheap material, very short and small and I ordered a size up. The minute I got it I sent them an email asking how to go about sending it back and getting my money back. First response, they wanted pictures of the item. Pics sent. Second response, they told me I’d be responsible for the cost of shipping it back and it cost a lost to ship internationally, plus, by the time it went through customs it would be past the 30 days, but they offered me a 10% refund and I could keep the “coat”. Horrible quality. Horrible customer service. Horrible store. Do not buy anything from these scammers!

Poor quality and fit. To top things off their return policy is to offer you 20% back to avoid shipping costs back overseas. Do not order form this vendor.

Been a month since I ordered and still not received. Turns out it all comes from China. Should have known when I was charged “insurance” as part of the shipping. I will do my best to erase this dismal business from my phone

Sent me a coat with faulty stitching. The garment is completely useless and of course it can't be returned or exchanged because I didn't discover the problem until after their minimal exchange window. Complete waste of money. Refused to work with me. First and only time I'll ever shop with Wilfredsmith. What a joke.

BUYER BEWARE. Do not order from this website. What I received was vastly different from what was shown on the website- cheaply made, thin material, unwearable. When I tried to return it, they had me ship to China, which is the only way to return. The shipping cost 75 dollars. They would not budge on shipping costs and were very difficult to work with. I wish I knew this beforehand and would never want anyone to go through what I went through to return this poorly made jacket. They also do not disclose on their return policy that shipping is international and will be very costly.

The cost I ordered indicated it was longer, I don't like the color either, tags on it, same packaging and they won't send me the label to return. They want pictures for heavens sake. Translation they are refusing to accept and refund.

I purchased a coat and jacket and spent $193 US dollars, this comes from China not good quality super delayed and NO way to return because shipping cost. They dared to offer me 10% credit awfull !!!!

Do not order from this company. I do not leave bad reviews, but this company is nothing like the website shows. Your "easy returns" are not easy and cost more than the product to ship back. I purchased a jacket for my son that online looked similiar to a Carhartt jacket. When it came in, late, it was a sweatshirt material and the logos on the sleeves looked like an iron on patch. The jacket was $130 and to ship it back was over $80. The refund I recieved was for $27. Their website is VERY deceiving...do not order from this company.

I placed two orders. The wrong size was in one order-even though I chose the correct size. I got no response from my many emails to Wilfredsmith over weeks. I threatened to contact my credit card company. Only to then be contacted by some “resolution team” that lectures you about how long it takes to get your money back if you do a reverse charge on your credit card and cost more money and be a headache. They offered me a 30% discount to keep the order when I mentioned the credit card. This is an often used but awful tactic that many scammers companies use to make you feel guilty and to keep low quality products.

Save yourself the mind games and time. Just don’t order. These places are a dime a dozen. Like grandpa said: “If it’s too good to be true…”

UPDATE: I FOUND ALL THREE ITEMS IN MY ORDERS ON TEMU AND ALIEXPRESS!! THEY ARE CHARGING $75, $75 AND $50 FOR MY THREE SWEATERS. THEY ARE LISTED ON TEMU AND ALIEXPRESS FOR $9, $12 AND $10!!!! CHECK YOUR PURCHASES THRU GOOGLE REVERSE IMAGE SEARCH. YOU WILL BE SURPRISED.

Great quality fabric and very comfortable to wear. Fits perfectly!

The sweater that I bought looked nice on the website but when I received it, it was awful. It was made entirely of polyester and looked nothing like I was expecting. Support discourages returns by offering a small credit. If you want to return it, it has to be returned to China.

I ordered 2 "winter" coats for a "end of the Season" sale. Spent 180.00. The jackets arrived in 2 weeks. VERY POOR Quality. Very thin felt material and sized too small.
I have not heard back from the company for a return process. Nothing! Total rip-off. Cheaters.

Terrible experience!!! Ordered two jackets which looked nice on the website, but when I received them, they were insanely thin and poor quality (more like craft project felt than something you would actually wear as clothing). I emailed customer service to inquire about the return process within 2 weeks of receipt but didn't hear back for another month after multiple follow-ups by me. When they did finally email me back, they said I couldn't return the items because it was now outside the 30 day window. WHAT??! That's THEIR fault! What a scam.

I have not purchased from Wilfred Smith - but my reason is clear: no information of value about the products being sold. Check Descriptions - not one I was interested in provided the precise material it was made of. Not one. I communicated with Wilfred Smith Customer Svc and they politely replied 2x over a period of 4 days. Sorry we are checking, thanks for your patience we don't have an answer yet? Really? Why? Why would a clothing distributor, or seller NOT know what the clothes are made of. Particularly when they go to such trouble to build a beautiful sales WEBSITE? I would not trust it. In these days of poly, pvc, chemicals, dyes, importers and untested fibers..I want to know what is going on my body, and what lives next to my skin 24 hours a day. Sorry. Can't recommend this company until they get their act together and become more TRANSPARENT seller.
