The item was ordered 1 month in advance…

The item was ordered 1 month in advance and was still late for Christmas. Then when it did arrive, it was thinner wood than anticipated and smaller than pictured.

Replacement took way too long to…

Replacement took way too long to arrive. Lettering was larger but again could not read the comments on more than half the puzzle pieces. Why didn’t they just make all the lettering black and all the puzzle pieces light brown?
Please replace again. Pieces can be one color, light brown, with black writing

DISAPPOINTED

I was so disappointed in the boat welcome mat I ordered.I can’t return it because it is personalized but I don’t want to give it as a gift because it is so cheap and flimsy. It was supposed to be gray and dark blue. It is bright royal blue and white.

The #1 for my order isn’t flat it looks…

The #1 for my order isn’t flat it looks as though they packaged wet. I also am not impressed with the gold coloring. I should have got silver as it is more bronze then gold. The delivery time took over a month to receive as well.

Terrible quality!!!!

The products took way too long to get here, the quality is disgusting! I can’t believe how much I paid for the worst quality products ever!!! I was embarrassed to give these as gifts! Unfortunately I had to give 1 star to write a review

Product not up to quality

Unfortunately, the actual product did not match the description or picture as advertised. It was very cheaply made and was scratched. In order to make it presentable and not look so cheaply made, we had to make and add a new real wooden frame to it. Very disappointing for the cost of the product.

Exactly as described and on time

I was a little dubious having read some of the reviews but it was exactly as described. The photos were clear and central. The tracking for the item was a little hit and miss but that’s not the suppliers fault and it arrived in good time (plenty of time for Christmas). So far, no complaints.

Worst experience I had this Christmas…

Worst experience I had this Christmas shopping season. Updates not updated.
No answers--- canceled order 4 times.
Still haven't received order !!! But told I am unable to cancel.

Cheap and disappointing

Cheap and disappointing. Waited 3 weeks to get the National Parks map I had personalized and when I received it, it was a very thin piece of plywood type wood that looks very unfinished. The pins for the parks are smaller than a tack. The personalization is too tiny to read and I’m completely embarrassed to give this as a gift. I paid $40 dollars for something that looks like it came from the Dollar Tree.

Never received my purchased product

Purchased a product with a promised delivery of 5-15 days. It is currently 25 days later and I have not received the product. Customer service is providing me no information on my purchase.

Edit: After reading other reviews, my experience seems on par for this company. I expect similar resistance on the refund I requested for the product I never received.

Second edit: never received the product I paid for. Contacted the company multiple times requesting a refund and was offered $5 back (off a $50 order). I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company and filing a complaint through the BBB, both actions labeling this company as fraudulent or a scam. I never even got the $5 back that they offered.

wrong item & faulty

wrong item was sent, and even that item was faulty.

refund was refused unless i paid for return shipping which i couldn't afford.

they finally agreed a 70% refund (not including the original shipping cost).

the fault was all theirs and yet i was left out of pocket with the wrong item that even itself is useless as it is faulty. would never buy from again.
