please avoid to buy something from them, their delivery time is far from what they say it is going to be.
ask for a sample or a mock up of what you are buying, I asked for a necklace that had a phot of the moon phase of one specific day and year and they send me a photo of another thing. they say they can do it custom, but they do not take care of the customization.
as you can see if you track the number it is almost a month for delivery and they say 15 days

Do not trust this web pages, I got a reply from them saying that they couldn't get what I asked and without telling me they send me whatever it was closest. It was a CUSTOMIZE order, you cannot do that. And as a punch line they offer 20%of refund. This is outrageous!

The product did not look at all like…

The product did not look at all like the product photo I ordered.
I requested a refund and was denied and only reimbursed 30% back despite the obvious discrepancy in product.

Poor Quality Product and even worse customer service

I purchased a personalised travel coffee cup from this website having never used them before. They were a little more pricey than other places but I stupidly figured this meant better quality products. I did not realise quite how much the shipping and postage fee would be until I came to pay and by that point I'd spent so much time personalising the cup that I figured I'd just accept the price.
The cup came and is of very poor quality. Despite all the pictures used having been taken on up to date smartphones they were all blurred and the colour was off. Most of the images made the people in them appear red. Furthermore there were areas where it almost looked smudged.
I emailed straight away to inform them of the issue, believing they would want to assist as best they could. I couldn't have been more wrong. What I received instead was a string of emails that were blunt, unreasonable and infuriating. The person informed me that the poor photo quality was normal due to them having been printed on stainless steel. If that was correct you think there'd be some sort of note on their website informing customers of this. They then shamefully offered me a £5 refund, which would not have even covered the delivery fee. With a bit of push from me I then had further ridiculous options. I could pay another shipping fee and have a new product sent out (despite having told me the poor quality was normal) or I could return the product, paying for the shipping fee myself and receive a 70% discount. Again, I felt disappointed and infuriated by these options. After some more communication the company decided to offer me a measly 20% back and I could keep the product (wow how generous). This product was a gift that is now of no use to me. I would never order from here again and would discourage anyone from doing so.

This was for my 30th anniversary…

This was for my 30th anniversary pictures was so small the writing was even worse. Need magnifying glass to see the inscriptions was not happy.
The picture was very tiny and the inscriptions was very tiny as well.

Not high quality, be careful & spend your money elsewhere.

I’ve just received a replacement of my original product due to my last one disintegrating within a matter of weeks. We had a memorial plaque made up for our beautiful labradors grave & this ‘high quality plaque’ I purchased it simply a piece of plastic with a fabric/plastic topper. It peeled apart within about 3 weeks & was completely ruined.
They agreed to replace it however I had to cover all postage costs. Not happy at all given this flimsy piece of plastic rubbish cost me around $90 AUD, plus $20 postage the first time, followed by $20 postage a second time!
A disappointing experience on top of what was already a devastating time for our family.
I would not purchase from them again.

Update after reviewing & them making contact: still not helpful & rude to deal with.

Disappointed in how they conduct business.

I had purchased a galaxy orb product and when I tried to change the details of the names and the order where it’s numbered as well as the amount of names included, none of that was changed despite it being done within the 24 hour window and their site page saying the changes had been made to my order, when confronted about this mistake upon finally receiving and noticing nothing had been corrected, I brought up the guarantee that if the order is not correct or has damage issues then it would be replaced and fixed, however they chose to ignore my emails despite me having been civil and calm through the process. I’m very disappointed in how they chose to conduct themselves in this instance.

Beautiful product, if I could have gifted it.

Beautiful product, if I could have given to my mum for her birthday as intended. It arrived broken. Tried to fix it, but we cannot. Asked for a refund and sent the photos showing it’s broken and I can’t give it as a gift, and I only got a 70% refund. Waste of money in the end.

Edit: after asking for details etc, still not helpful. Just avoid. Not worth the money in the end.

Cheap

Cheaply made. Looks cheap, feels cheap. The name on the box is very small and you can bearly see it. The lid on the box was chipped as well. This was embarrassing to give as a gift. But I had no other choice due to a timing factor. My husband line the box with felt to help with the appearance.

Quality and colour not as expected

Sorry but disappointed as the colour of the mat ordered was not a navy blue as shown in picture during the order process. The quality was also far less than expected as it shows every footprint when the pile is disturbed under foot.

Terrible company

Terrible company. Items we purchased looked nothing like what was advertised. Return policy is not honored, started with 20% discount, then raised to 30% discount. Only after disputing with PayPal did they offer 100% refund but only if I pay for return shipping, which on their website it states 90 Day Full Refund and Withgifts pays for return shipping. Absolutely would not recommend, in the end I will be wasting 35 dollars on return shipping because they sell very poor quality items and can get away with it

The pictures and product description is misleading!

First they state it takes only a few days to make your customized item and then shipping is 5-15 days. A month later, product finally received. Opened package and laughed. It wasn’t anything like it was described in description or photos on the website. Baseball themed door mat to be used outside or inside. One picture appeared to a have a rubber backing for slip resistant. I received a bath mat, with fabric sewn on both sides. I emailed their sales dept and even sent pictures to only get a reply it is slip resistant and can be used outside. I replied again I have tested it and it is not slip resistant and not usable outside unless you would like it to be blown away by the wind. You will not get what you expect!!!
