Purchased a plaque for our dog it…

Purchased a plaque for our dog it arrived broken and their response was they will replace but we need to pay the post.

With so many reviews saying same thing it's shocking profiteering off people loss

Update

Asked for a refund as not willing to pay extra for replacement as packaging was insufficient they next advise we can have a refund but taking 30% charge.

If I could give 0 stars I would

Terrible, terrible company! I purchased a memorial plaque for our family dog. I received it on the Tuesday and by the Saturday it was absolutely falling to pieces. I contacted the company and sent pictures 3 times. I was told they could redo but I have to pay more postage (even though their website states it is their responsibility to pay postage costs) I asked if they could assure me the same thing wouldn’t happen again, they told me to pick another product, I explained I didn’t want another product and would like a refund. They offered me a 20% refund as compensation! I stated I wanted a full refund as the product was faulty. They are still refusing a full refund. Do not deal with this company!! Save your money and shop elsewhere!

NOT weatherproof, misleading

The product itself is not as advertised, lasted 3 weeks before the whole photo on the front peeled off and ripped. It is not UV coated it is a sticker on a plaque. After contacting the company about the issue was told I could pay for shipping for a new one to be sent out, which is suitable if the product was faulty but this product is not suitable for the outdoors and I won’t pay shipping for the same product to do the same thing again. The description states it will withstand elements for years to come, this is incorrect.

Rubbish

Everything really. Delivery was a disaster and the product itself was absolute rubbish! Did not even use it as too poor.

It's alright

When I received the gift the pictures were cut janky then placed on the locket, not at all like the advertised photo. Then, the chain broke right away when trying clasping it. The receiver of the gift still loved it though, so it's not too bad.

Late, Damaged, poor quality

Item arrived late. I paid £20 for priority delivery which is 2-5 business days it took 12 days.when I did receive the item I only had to look at the state of the box to know something would be damaged. Not surprisingly the item was damaged along with the quality of the being poor and slanted.overall paid £50 for this and as another user has said I am almost embarrassed to give this as a gift. I am annoyed with myself as I am usually very diligent when checking reviews before buying anything on this occasion I didn't and wish I had. I have sent an email to the sales team and intend to PayPal if issue isn't resolved.

Ordered a gift for Valentines day

Ordered a gift for Valentines day. arrived with a small defect but they straight away replied to my email suggesting they will make the product again and send right away. from China to Australia delivery was under 5 business days which was super quick.

Don't waste your money... you won't get it on time!

Really over priced for the productit is!!
No return or refund option.
Didn't turn up until weeks later.
Poor communication.
Wouldn't purchase from here again.
£50 out of pocket for a blanket I could have bought for £3 in any local shop!!!

Wrong blanket

Wrong moon phases with dates …

The moon phases I ordered were not correctly printed on The light. Not even close to The actual moon phase and what it looked like., so it completely defeated the purpose of this gift. My moon at 3.3.91 is almost full.. And my husbands moon is 5.17.88, his was literally the perfect fit to match what was missing on mine.. What was sent was not that at all.

Pictures were duplicated

Pictures were duplicated. The same picture was duplicated larger than other pictures that were then made rather small which could have been larger vs the same picture that was put in two larger places. The lights have no way to be attached/mounted, including the battery supply. I then glued all the lights to the back as to create a nice back lighting which highlighted the wall itself. My choice was to use them to highlight our faces in each picture vs randomly. I then glued the power source to the back in a way the on/off button was accessible while mounted to the wall. Which then meant I had to glue spacers as well to keep the picture as a whole level and flush with the wall. As well as making sure the power source wouldn’t scratch the wall. I also opted to attach different hardware for it to be hung optionally per her preference. Overall she loved it. Perhaps because of my own efforts to make it that much more than it originally was. I understand the goal is customer satisfaction as well as cost vs profit. My suggestion would be to put more focus on customer thoughts as they will then recommend others to make purchases or not.

I did not receive the package

I did not receive the package. Emails sent and no response. The tracking system show it delivered but it seems to have been sent to a wrong address.

not at all what I expected

not at all what I expected. before purchasing I had questions and there was no contact information. I took a chance and it was a mistake. the light has to be assembled, even with instructions it isnt easy ( that should be mentioned in the description). since it's for a dj, I assumed dj would be part of the personalization of the name. I'm embarrassed to give this gift. waste of money

DON'T BUY

I should've read the reviews before purchasing. I spent $55 on a photo necklace. You can barely see the picture unless it's in the right light and it's blurry. The tag with a flower feels like it's about to snap. Terrible quality and I hope to hear back about getting a refund.
