Both items came completely damaged and…

Both items came completely damaged and not useable. the packaging was horrible and the metal on both was bent and dented all over. I tried to reach out to customer service and no one responded to me. I will never order from this company again.

Have not received product

Have not received product. When I ordered it the website said it usually shipped in 10 to 15days. It’s been over a month and last communication listed April as ship date.

Still waiting on deliver from Xmas

The date of delivery was SO far off it isn’t even funny. I planned on getting this as an Xmas gift in December. It’s nearing the end of January and they still have to receive it. Never purchasing from here again.

Horrible experience

Terrible company based out of China. Order a gift for my daughter for Christmas 10 days prior. Website stated 5-10 days to ship but now more than 30 days later the package still has not arrived. Don’t spend your money with this company you will regret it.

Not satisfied

It took a really long time to arrive. I bought it as a Christmas gift, in what I assumed would be plenty of time (several weeks before Christmas). It arrived several weeks after. When it did arrive, it was a lot smaller than I thought (could have been my oversight on the dimensions). But the worst thing is that the little trees to mark which national park they’ve been to we’re not included! It is useless without those little trees. I’m very disappointed. The only
positive is that even though it is small, it does look good.

National Parks Map

My item, a National Parks wooden map, arrived a full month after it was supposed to arrive. I reached out to the company twice via email and received no reply. It wasn’t until I requested a refund through PayPal that I got a response and the item shipped. The item is only satisfactory and is unable to be displayed upright because the small pieces fall out. Nothing but disappointed with this company, this item, this experience.

False advertisement

I wish that it would let me upload a photo of the monstrosity I received! Completely deceiving photos online compared to what I received. I’m currently trying to get my money back through PayPal.

Photos too small, engraving off center

The photos are way too small to see the expression on the faces. And the middle engraving is off center and looks unprofessional. Plastic flap inside had to be readjusted by me. Absolute waste of money. That said, they were very responsive when I had to change my shipping address. 5 stars for customer service, 1 star for product.

0 stars. Got sent a cheap and broken product at a very sensitive time. Thin piece of plastic. Then while speaking to customer service was begged to order a new one, i refused twice, then had to demand atleast a 70% refund cause I was offered only %20, and I still never got my refund and have been ghosted for almost a week now. Worst service I’ve ever had. Run for the hills. This is terrible. Thanks for adding on more stress to me during this sensitive time. Ur customers are going through grief, so thanks for making it worse.

Overall good service

Order arrived within expected time period. The item ordered was also very well done and made for a great gift. The only downfall was trying to track the item; it wouldn't give a location as to where the order was, and would only say order has been shipped.

Pros and Cons

Item took several weeks to arrive because it was shipped back due to China due to being an 'abnormal' load. However the seller was very helpful and able to redirect my parcel to a new address. The quality of some of the pictures weren't great (a bit blurry) and some weren't framed or positioned well. My understanding was that I would see a mock example of the item to correct things like this before it was shipped, but I didn't. The quality of the plastic star and diamonds weren't great either - they had lots of scratches on. So up close the product looks a bit tacky but from afar it looks very nice lit up.

I was very disappointed with this…

I was very disappointed with this order. When I ordered it for the first time the website said there was an error so I redid everything and sent the order in again. It still said error and then reflected that there were two orders pending. When I contacted you about this order you said that I would have to be in touch with paypal to get my refund as you could not help. A few days later I was emailed that the orders were processed and would be shipped soon. You can understand my concern as there were duplicate orders and I did not need 4 frames. I reached out again and you canceled one order which I was happy about. Upon receiving the order I noticed that one of the frames was broken and there also was no way to hang this on the wall. Additionally, the box for preschool pictures does not say preschool but instead says reschool. I understand that the cursive can sometimes make a word look different, but this is clearly spelled incorrectly. When comparing it to the photo on the website there is a clear distinction between the p and r. I am very unhappy with my order.

Looks cool, but they misspelled a name

The item itself looks great except one of the names got mispelled somehow when they assembled it and I can't find a way to return the product to get it fixed.

Not helpful and late delivery

When I ordered I was advised I would have this on time for Christmas but as it was getting closer I emailed and was told they are running late and would not be able to tell me when my order would arrive , when I asked to cancel my order I was told could only get 70% back , would not recommend of use again

Absolutely crap

Absolutely crap! Paid extra for postage which states 3-5 business days. Took nearly a month. Came broken, and photos were dark and grainy. Got offered a $5 refund, when I paid $90 for something that went in the bin.
