I was doing a card transaction with a legitimate app on Google Pay, they took my details, AND CREATED A SUBSCRIPTION ON MY CARD. Their website reeks of a scam. They vaguely say they provide "Services" on their site...

Total SCAM - watch out! No idea how/where/when they got my credit card details but they tried to take multiple amounts of £40.56 over several days last week - outrageous behaviour. I have no clue what they do/who they are - their www is utterly opaque as to their 'services'. You can cancel your subscription to them on their site - no idea of this actually works though....

On August 16, 2025, I noticed that 24ehelp.com attempted to charge €48.95 to my Visa card. I have never signed up for any of their services or subscriptions, and I never authorized this payment.

Fortunately, I was able to contact my bank immediately. The bank blocked my card, prevented the money from being withdrawn, and opened a formal dispute (chargeback) for this attempted transaction. The bank also advised me that this type of case is a common scam.

It is very concerning that this company can attempt unauthorized charges without customer approval. In my opinion, 24ehelp.com is a fraudulent website, and I strongly advise others to avoid it and to monitor their bank accounts carefully if they ever interacted with it.

The website 24ehelp.com is purely for fraud and scams. They withdrew 30 euros from my card without any confirmation. I had never even heard of this website before and had never visited it. Most likely, my card number ended up with them through other parties. I just received a message on my phone saying that the money had been debited. Everything else on the site is most likely just for show and to create the illusion of services.

This site took 29.99 twice from my account and is causing me many issues

FRAUDULANT COMPANY, some how they seem to piggyback off legitimate websites, I was contacted by my credit card company who had flagged it as a suspicious transaction. As with another reviewers comment, cannot give less than 1 star.

Fraudulent website. Took 29.99 from my wifes account

Got contacted by the fraud dept asking if I’d made a payment. Never heard of these as legal or scammers. Fraud dept then cleared everything. While they on the phone to me I came into Trustpilot and thankfully someone else had reviewed. I can’t give less than 1 star but this review should back up the low score. Thank you Trustpilot

After trying to get an online discount code I was taken to this website and somehow managed to subscribe to them. I immediately clicked to unsubscribe but they still kept trying to obtain £29.99 from my account. Fortunately, Lloyds Bank fraud department declined the payments.

No idea who they are, or how they got access to my account - but similarly my account was just hacked for 29.99. This is a nasty scam company - and they somehow easily got past 'stringent' HSBC procedure. If this ever happens to you, be sure to report this asap to your bank to try and get them shut down.

This company took £29.99 from my account and don’t know how or what they are about I contact them and told them l didn’t subscribe to this and asked for a refund but never got it so please Avoid this company at all Times

This compsny took £29.99 from my account and not sure how, I then emailed them to say I do not want this subscription, alas no reply and no refund. Beware of this company and avoid at all costs!
