Terrible. Poorest service I have ever received.

I'd scoured the Internet searching for Ray Ban glasses. 2 for 1 glasses not only had a wide selection of frames but almost half price to some other sites. I was quite sceptical but must say the glasses are exactly what I wanted!! The whole process was easy, the opticians even emailed and took a screenshot of my prescription to check this was right. Emailed with updates throughout. I honestly wouldn't shop anywhere else for glasses in the future. You even get a complete free pair of glasses too. Definitely five out of five stars.

Having never ordered glasses before I thought the website was easy to use, great value competitively priced and the free pair of glasses was an extra bonus. The glasses were received very quickly and were well packaged on arrival. Great service and will use them again and would recommend them.

I was sceptical about using a website for prescription glasses but have nothing but good things to say about this site. They were on hand to answer any queries and I had my glasses within 10 days. I will definately use them in the future!

I have used 2 for 1 three times, first time was fine, second time poor with delays and misinformation. I figured the second time was a one off - and used them again.
Third time was worst yet, various excuses given, contradicting each other, and ultimately me having to choose some frames quickly, which I didn't really like that much just to get something.

30 days an still waiting, bad idea ordering overseas.

1st class service and glass a lot cheaper than the high street, very helpful

Process led to dialogue with optician and were very pleasant and helpful. Glasses were produced and delivered within advertised window. We were worried about them being correct for sight and this was proven not to be the case. The glasses fit well and sight perfect so we are very pleased with the 2 for 1 glasses process and product, we would do this again and recommend using this service at circa 50% of high street cost.

five star quality, delivery and price - the only place to go

Very happy with my glasses. I received a call to confirm my prescription (ordered Varifocals) and felt very reassured that my order was in good hands. Would have given 5 stars except that where my order was sent in two separate deliveries. There was no correspondence to say that only one pair of glasses was dispatched and the other would follow. However after a phone call this was very quickly resolved, a second tracking number was emailed and glasses arrived quickly.

Delivery is very fast is you order outsider the UK

Overall good experience. Would have liked a quicker delivery time on the glasses.
