Bought exhaust that came crooked and had terrible welds. They obviously knew it was crooked because they bent the hangar so far off to the side to remedy the issue but it simply does not. I have to take it to a muffler shop to remedy it. Should definitely not arrived like this for an $800 product and a company with supposed years of experience.

They insist you email them with problems but then never reply (unless you attempt to leave a negative review, then they email you asking how things worked out instead of trying to help or compensate). The parts dont even look like the ones in the pictures and have wildly different measurements near the pipe ends. This is indicative of parts that are not sourced consistently and makes me feel like the cheapest parts are used bought from a wide variety of sources and then poorly welded together, resulting in wildly different results for the same product across multiple customers.

More work was required to make things fit than was described and additional parts had to be bought in order to get everything right. Sure, the part was for a different model of the car but the description is lacking and the provided box hangars are said to fit in the existing hangar holes in the frame but dont. You can get 1 screw in but not the other which is claimed to be enough. The owner assured me everything would fit with light modifications but after coming across all these issues I couldn't disagree more.

Customer service is a joke because I'd have to pay for the shipping and parts anyways like others have claimed and I'd rather go to a muffler shop because I'm going to get the same bad welds there as I would from 2j so there is no point in spending the extra 100+ dollars to ship and buy the parts from 2j.

Also, they moderate their reviews on the website to prevent anyone from writing anything remotely negative about their service or products and even come on here to dispute reviews. The lesson they should be learning is to make better products and provide good customer service, especially when people are spending large amounts of money, instead of trying to fight reviews and pretend like the customer is in the wrong for having a negative experience with the company.

Stay as far as possible from these guys. Went to buy an intercooler setup from them & its exactly the same as some products made by a smaller business! They copy work made by other people & their quality is terrible. I’d give a zero star review if I could.

Ordered turbo kit for my 2002 specv, had a issue with pricing come up at 1st it was a mess but then JOE and Stephanie both made it right and honored the website pricing!! After speaking with them and everyone on the same page now, experience turned out amazing and I'm really looking forward to rocking their turbo kit and company stickers!!! Highly recommend them to anyone!

Imagine the worst customer support you've ever experienced and then times that by 5 and you might get close to the level of 2J Racing.

They will tell you "we've sold 100+, you are the only one having issues" which you'll know to be a lie if you ask anyone else with their products.

2J Racing won't pay for your shipping after their product fails and you'll have to pay for any replacement parts.

Unless you are able to drive to this shop to return your purchases, I would avoid this shop at all costs!

It took over 4 months to build a pre-order and when it was received it looked it was built by a 10 year-old. The tubes were joined most likely using a hammer and not the proper tools which should be a pipe expander and bead roller.
