very poor services, very little care
multiple disappointing experiences over the years: both through the ´forening´ I was living in (we had a contract with this company for maintenance of the building) and as a private customer, the only constant feature was the regularity of the bill to be paid.
I could mention several examples, but just the last one was a request for a control at the electric system in the apartment after a couple of failures in the appliances: they came, did their check in less than 30 min and told me that everything was fine; the bill came, I paid, never received the report that I requested both verbally and via e-mail and later on, when I sold the apartment, I had to pay a 'fine' (refund) to the new tenant because the electrician they hired said that some installation were not done according to the law.
Of course, trying to get in touch with them (de Blå Mænd) is just a waste of time, either for requests or complains, unless you hire a lawyer.
