The t-shirts are just decent. The shopping experience was less than desirable though.
The t-shirts are just ok. You get what you pay for in this case. The material is thin, the neck is a little wide (I prefer a tight neck), but the t-shirts are printed well.
My biggest gripe is the shipping cost -- it's pretty high. At checkout it gives you a total for the t-shirts, and allows you to go onto Paypal or AmazonPay to complete the payment, but doesn't give you the included shipping and tax.
The website allows you to make a transaction for the tshirts, and then hits you with the shipping and tax for additional charge on another page. You can't back out and change your mind after you see what shipping will cost. This is a dubious retail practice.
I bought two t-shirts. The shipping and tax was almost as much as those shirts.
I've purchased shirts here before, and don't remember the shipping being this high. I don't think I will be back to buy more.

I am mistaken in that I did see an option for purchasing with bitcoin. However, I did not see an option for credit card. I must have missed it -- my apologies.
I do often select PayPal because it seems like a safer way to pay online. That is on me.
After selecting PayPal for checkout, PayPal itself entered the shipping address, and then made an immediate charge. As soon as I agreed to the total on PayPal, I was alerted on my phone that a purchase had been made. I was then re-directed to your site; at which point the shipping and tax was presented. I was presented with an additional charge that I had to agree to for checkout.
As I already received a notice that I was charged for the t-shirts, I didn't feel I had any choice but to agree to the shipping and tax fees. There was only a submit button. Nothing was stated about the option to back out or cancel the transaction. Upon hitting submit, I was notfiied of another charge for shipping and taxes had ocurred.
I understand the first charge may have been a temporary hold, but I couldn't know this for sure. PayPal ultimately shows the charge totals combined in my account, but I received two separate notifications for charges on my device during the checkout process.
Again, there was nothing stated that I could back out or cancel the purchase during checkout after PayPal notified me of the initial charge.
It was a very frustrating and confusing shopping experience.
This may be a fault on the part of PayPal. I do think this could be easily resolved by allowing the customer to enter their zip code on the item total page. The customer could then be presented with the estimated shipping and tax costs. Allowing for a better shopping experience.
This appears to be a UX problem on the site.

Customer Service Found Lacking

I told Amber, the first agent that I needed it by a certain date and that I wanted a refund if that wasn't going to be the case because it was a bday gift. Austin emailed back to say that was not company policy but because they didn't arrive on time they would refund me once the trace was done and they had received the tshirts back. The tshirts I had not even received yet and are now 5 days late. I emailed back that I wished to speak with a supervisor and received no reply until I left 2 voicemails and a couple more emails. Amber or Austin could have suggested that a new order would be sent out right away or a credit would be given, due to the order being so late. But they didn't. They insisted before they could do anything, they needed those tshirts returned. Yet, they have my money and I still have no tshirts, which when or if they arrive will immediately be returned to $6 shirts.
Also, I was told a trace would take 3-4 days but the supervisor knew the next day. She also did not offer an immediate refund or credit (w/ free shipping) nor did she offer to ship out a replacement order. She insisted that the company was going "above and beyond" for me by breaking the company policy and agreeing to refund my money (minus the $11.49 shipping) ONCE they had received their shirts back. I get it, those shirts are more important than the customer. Point taken! I will shop with the companies who know how to provide great service, regardless of any issues that pop up.

I recently placed an order at $6 shirts on Dec. 26, 2021 and the shirts were sent out on Dec. 29, 2021. They were a gift for a relative whose birthday was in January and who would be visiting that same month. The update from FedEx stated the package would arrive by January 8, 2022. It didn't arrive and when I checked the update it had last left a facility in Indianapolis, IN on January 6, 2022, then no updates until January 11, 2022 where I was informed a delivery date was Unknown and the package might not arrive at all. I reached out to $6 tshirts through email (as they have no customer service agents to answer the phones or LiveChat). I received an email saying they could have the package traced and it would take 3-4 business days. I had told them I needed the package by January 11, 2022 as it was a gift. I asked for a refund to be issued since when or if it arrived it would be too late. They responded that once they received the tshirts back they would issue me a refund even though it was against their company policy. I was not satisfied with this, as I have no idea when or if the tshirts will even show up. I again stated I simply wanted a refund and was told I had to wait until the tracing of the package was completed and I had returned the shirts I had not yet received. I asked to speak with a supervisor and let the agent know that I was not happy about it because they had my money and I had nothing and no guarantee that my order would even arrive.
Today, January 12, 2022 after leaving two messages on their phone voicemail (which is reserved for other business) and a few more emails, a customer service manager finally wrote me an email back. She said weather was why my package was delayed, she said FedEx could not guarantee when or if my package would be delivered but she did not tell me what state my package was stranded in, or how long I would have to wait for a refund if my package still hadn't shown up by the end of the week or next week,etc. She said it was against company policy to refund money but they would make an exception once the tshirts (still not received) were returned.
She did not offer to send new tshirts, nor did she offer to refund me my money, or offer me a credit (w/ free shipping) or anything of that sort. She blamed the weather, she blamed FedEx but not once did she say $6 shirts was taking responsibility for this issue. I pointed out that $6 shirts chose to use FedEx to ship their packages, so that made $6 shirts responsible, since they made the decision to use that company. I also stated that I simply wished for a refund and that if the shirts actually arrived at some point, that I would make sure to return them.
I also stated that they had lost me as a future customer, that I would be writing reviews, telling those I knew about their poor customer service and filing a complaint with the BBB regarding $6 shirts company return policy.

I love my T-shirts! The designs are clear and vibrant. The T-shirt material is a very nice quality and not thin like so many other shirts I have bought elsewhere. 6DollarShirts is my new go to for printed shirts! I highly recommend them. This is a great place to shop!! This is my 2nd order with 6dollarshirts and I can't even begin to say how happy I am with my orders. The sizing is accurate (I've ordered plus sizes), the graphics are even BETTER than in the picture and shipping is very quick. They also offer some really cool, weird stuff. I have 2 unique boys ages 17 and 21 and they love these shirts. They've already requested more for Christmas which I will happily order. You never really know what you will be getting when you order online or what kind of company it is. I'm so glad I found 6dollarshirts! Would HIGHLY recommend!!

FedEx shipping is a debacle!
Everything I ordered was correct the only complaint I have is the shipping. If y’all could use another delivery service other than FedEx it would be a lot better. It took over 5 weeks to receive my order after it was shipped out by y’all. I’ve seen a few other reviews with the same issue as far as shipping goes. Not y’all’s fault. FedEx lost my package and so I gave up on trying to get the situation resolved with FedEx and the 2 days later my package arrived. Are y’all able to use UPS for shipping?

Above And Beyond...
I placed two separate orders at the same time to take advantage of the package pricing to get a bunch of shirts for my kids.
Due to no fault of theirs the shipping got messed up between the major shipping company and the hand off to our local post office for delivery. They two packages started to get returned.
As the customer I was content to wait for them to get back to them and pay for alternate shipping, but 6 Dollar Shirts did some magic and somehow go the packages re-routed back to our post office and into our hands at no extra cost to us.
They solved a problem that wasn't theirs, without being asked, didn't ask us to cover the extra shipping, and they were 100% polite and professional every step of the way.
And the shirts! They arrived in perfect condition, they look AMAZING!

Needed 3 shirts for a race
I needed 3 matching shirts for a Spartan Race and $6 shirts had just the right design for us. I explained that we needed to receive them in time for the race and customer service helped us to make sure that we got them just in time. The shirts were all cotton and worked great for the race. Blown away by their level of customer service
I had a little bit of a hiccup when I was placing my order. I contacted customer service which corrected my issued right away. They kept me informed throughout the process AND get this.... They emailed me after the package was delivered to make sure I was satisfied. Who does that?!

Absolutely fantastic service from everyone I dealt with - and there were quite a few! I ordered two shirts for my wife as a mini surprise. They never showed up but I just figured they got lost in the mail as we were moving houses. I was shocked when a couple of months later someone contacted me letting me know the shirts were returned and asked if I still wanted them. I gave the new address and they were sent immediately at no extra charge. They arrived super quick and my wife is STOKED about them. Soft, fit well, and funny. This company is great! I was a bit skeptical because of the low price but the shirts and transfers were of very high quality and good fit.
