A very sad experience over BAD customer service!!!…
A very sad experience over the course of one year. I'm just tired of this and have to write here as this needs to be done. I hope you can help me. I have a seriously ill daughter with one serious skin condition Epidermolysis Bulosa. Every month I order special dressings and bandages (Mepilex transfer, fixerings bind) without which my daughter cannot live.
But every time I call customer service, I run into a problem. At first, employee( I have name)switches me and I wait 15 minutes, when I hang up and call again, she immediately answers and when she realizes that it's me, she hangs up again!!!! What are these tricks, lack of respect for the consumer, are we in kindergarten? Why can't you just switch to someone who speaks English???? Yes, and you don’t need to know English perfectly here, in order to understand that I want to order something and how much (I can say this in Danish) !!!!
Yes, I understand that in the country of Denmark the Danish language, but English is taught at school from the second grade, my 9 year old daughter could understand what I address to consumer service. In addition, I turned to international contacts, from where I was kindly directed to consumer service and promised that they would help me there, but again they connected me with the same employee who categorically refuses to speak English. I see only discrimination here!!!!! Every month I place an order for a large amount, why should the company lose money because of such employees, but by the way, these are not my problems.
