The company is well organsed.
Costomer service was good and coedial.Things were explaibed to me very well as that was my first timw of using a rented stoeage unit.

Great experience
Great experience, lovely helpful staff. No issues to our locker - though there was a big flood which we were thankful just missed our stuff! Great deals - we ended up moving from across the road because the price was unbeatable. Would happily use again. The only down side is the very annoyingly loud beeping sensor every time you walk in and out of the loading doors.

Thought I'd best write a review after 10 years...
I've had an office and storage space at this site for over 10 years now. I've moved office 3 times, so now on my 4th. I love the site. From the road it looks like a typical storage site, but the top floor offices are great spaces. The west facing ones give a great view of the sunset and those facing Ravensbury Park are fantastic in the summer with the windows open. The staff look after the tenants. They are all very friendly, helpful and always go the extra mile to help with my occasional "non standard" requests. After ten years I'd call them friends. During office hours there is a very friendly atmosphere on site. I do occasionally look around for alternative spaces, but I've never found anywhere close to matching what I have here, especially at the price.

Beware of your items getting damaged.
They need to get in new Pest Control people as I don’t recognise the blue bait boxes being used - even on the first floor!!

Great staff and secure storage
First of all, all the reception staff are very helpful and welcoming. Also, the security system in the storage area is very good and the buildings in general, and the kitchen and toilets are all very clean
