Wow..this deceptive company deserves 0 stars. I Missed over a Month of uni as they took my stuff and application with personal details then when i called them, said it was lost. Application process then dragged on for weeks and they didnt even bother chasing up on my calls and emails. I spent days contacting 4 or 5 diff companies on thier behalf. They demanded paperwork my friends already living there didnt need to carry out. Appalling, unprofessional company...avoid at all costs.

Wayyy too many emails in one go

I just got bombarded with so many emails. So unnecessary! I haven't the time to read the SIX EMAILS that were all sent at the same time! Spread them out! My laptop was beeping so much and it really isn't needed

No one ever answers the phone numbers

The website was easy to navigate and intuitive. However, when I sent an enquiry about one of the properties, a lady called me and was very rude; cutting me off when I was just about to reiterate what my written enquiry said (which she clearly had not read). The conversation went something like this:
Me - hello
Her - hi! Did you just send an enquiry about xxx property?
Me - yes!
Her - do you want to set up a viewing?
Me - no. Not yet. I was just wondering...
Her - (interrupting me) well, then call back when you want a viewing.
Me - oh...ok? (taken aback)

She likely meant to hang up at this point as she started talking to someone else. I was still on the line.

Her - (talking to the other person) what's the point if she doesn't want to view the property?!?

Her voice trails off and she hangs up.
I simply wanted to clarify whether the property would be available when I need to move to Birmingham. That is all. I guess I'll be going elsewhere to get my questions answered 🤷🏾‍♂️

there is not a lot of information for the students which can be incredibly stressful for me finding the right accommodation.

Bowman House in a Nutshell

Very friendly staff that will help you and your parents out, fire alarm can go off quite a lot, but that is usually for student accommodation. The room is nice, coming with a small freezer inside the fridge, a microwave oven and a electric hob; there is also storage compartments for any tinned food. Other things in the room included 2 large storage compartments when you move the mattress and 2 small storage compartments on the side of the bed, there is a nice open work space to do your studying and for any maintance you use their app.
When cooking I advice you put your extraction fan on full blast and open your window as you don't want to set the fire alarm off.

The apartment is nice and cosy and there is a lounge for you to go and meet new people.

Very good prices
