Very satisfied with our order. The foil stamping looks expensive and the card stock is substantial. Only giving four stars because delivery took nearly four weeks which was a tad longer than anticipated, though they did mention it might take that long during busy season. The final product is gorgeous though and pricing was competitive. Would order again!

Got our invites yesterday and I'm obsessed! The embossing is so tactile, you can run your fingers over the raised pattern. Everyone's going to be well impressed

This company is a scam, it all looks very professional and initial confirmation will be fine but you will never receive your invitations or a refund. Stay away

This company does not exist. It is a total scam. They take your money and you'll never see them again. The address stated on the website does not exist in London. Initially they engage in the process to lure you into false comfort. Then there is no product what so ever. Severeal months pass and you get neither what you ordered nor any refund. Stay away from this scam!

I had an absolutely dreadful experience with Adorn Invitations. The invitations are fine, but they didn't deliver all of the assets.
- the stickers never arrived
- We only got 51/65 envelopes that were ordered.
- The website said 4-6 days from when production was approved. I approved on April 26 and didn't receive my invites until May 16th which is much longer than anticipated.
- The address on the back of some of the envelopes was crooked
- My name was totally cut off and nobody ever gave us a heads-up that the text wasn't going to fit within the window of the invitation.

I've contacted them multiple times to try to get a partial refund for the items I did not receive and they have completely ignored me. The phone number on their website for the UK office doesn't work.

We used AdornInvitations in January 2020 for our March 2020 wedding, and had no problems. Whilst by some miricle we did manage to get married the day after lockdown, without guests, it's taken until now for us to have our full-on wedding celebration. We therefore didn't think twice about using AdornInvitations again but what we didn't do was read the terrible reviews they now get.

The artwork proof was received within 48 hours, after which the order should have been fulfilled with six days. Two weeks later nothing. I phoned the website number (London) and it just rings. Any bona-fide business answers within a few rings, even if it's an automated system. No response to my website message or email either. The good news is that I paid via PayPal so I opened a Resolution ticket. Within 24 hours I received the lamest of responses from AdornInvitations: "Short staffed and problems with production". We were offered a full refund or a promise to despatch with 24 hours. We opted for the latter with the condition that they provide despatch and tracking details. Nothing after that. I few days later my (paid) order was showing as "Payment Pending" on the website but no refund had been issued. PayPal also received no response and after the alotted time PayPal issued a refund.

In conclusion, first of all, do not use this "company" or be taken in by the corporate style website. The invitation designs can be found on other websites. AdornInvitations (GIANT PRINTING GROUP PTY LTD) is an Austrailian company, which aligns with clock time of their response to my PayPay ticket. They've the hallmarks of being a lone individual with a fancy website who, might/might not, produce the initial artwork design, but the invitations are (or were in 2020) despatched from South Korea, which is why the designs can be found on other websites. I know this having checked the box our 2020 order came in which we still have.

DO NOT chance using AdornInvitations, but if you do, give yourself plenty of time because you will end up looking for an alternative supplier, and ONLY pay by PayPal.

Not even worth 1 star. Ordered my invites in January and ordered a sample in December. Not received anything. Repeatedly requested a refund, at first they tell you that they will contact the finance department to buy time, but its been over 4 months and now i just get no response. They have literally stolen my money and clearly had no intention of sending any invites. A complete scam. Do not fall into their trap - their timelines and pretty invite designs draw you in, but you'll get nothing from them!

Absolutely terrible company. AVOID!!! Waited 6 weeks for 1 sample and still waiting. Emailed them,they said it was on its way. Still hasn't arrived. Wouldn't risk ordering actually invitations from this company.

AVOID OR YOU WON'T HAVE GUESTS AT YOUR WEDDING!! Ordered samples from this so called wedding invite supplier...8 weeks on, email after email as im, a resident in Ireland they are asking me for some IOSS AND PID number! Never heard of these.. They need them to ship to me, even though they said my original order had been shipped!

Terrible. Ordered samples and they haven't arrived. After a month I've contacting them to request a refund as I couldn't wait any longer and went with a different supplier, they replied few days later, that they are waiting for a stock and will dispatch as soon as the samples become available. I told them it's too late now and requested not to send them at all. Then few days later they have granted a refund and it's been over a month and still haven't received anything. Terrible service and communication. AVOID!!!

Samples took over a month to arrive. Poor communication from customer service, quality of invitations very average will not be placing an order. Would avoid and shop local instead.

Ordered samples and they didn't arrive in the 5 to7 working day time frame contacted the company and they advised they would resend over a week ago and they still haven't arrived. Wouldn't trust that invites would arrive in time when samples don't arrive.

I ordered just 30 invitations to be delivered in time for my wedding. They arrived one day after my wedding. I specifically chose this company as it is UK based thinking they would be printed in the UK, therefore should not take time to complete the job. They were in fact printed in Korea. Despite getting assurances my invites would arrive before my wedding, they still arrived late. No one picks up the phone either so not sure why they even have a number posted on the website. I have written to them and have not had an apology let alone my money back.

The service is VERY slow despite the timescales indicated on the website encouraging you to order. I placed an order on 30th Jan 2020, and invitations arrived 4 March - that's 5 weeks!!!!
The wording layout is not well thought out - although we approved the digital proofs, the print is tiny - so tiny our older guests will struggle to read it - yet there's lots of empty space on the invite. It's just poor quality work which is a real shame. I don't recommend!! Go somewhere you can see and feel your wedding invites! Don't order here - the process and the care not taken are not worth your money or your time!

Excellent customer support, honest and helpful. I have ordered samples which were sent by mail (didn't get the first ones, but they resent - missing mail can be expected so they make up for it) and personalised ones sent by DHL. Gorgeous quality and they are true to their turnaround times so never leave your invites till the last minute and rush. Despite being busy they make sure to get back to you too. Thanks Valerie for being an angel. Adorn should give you a raise!

Brilliant from start to finish!
Ordered samples and they arrived on time and were of a superb quality.
We ordered our invitations and had them delivered within 2 weeks. Our guests have been messaging us saying WOW these invitations are amazing! I would definitely use again and highly recommend.
