Although i'm not technically a customer as such. The amount of help & advice on this site is unparalleled to any other ive encountered.
I was having issues with retuning my Freeview & after finding this site by accident. I now have 3 fully stocked TV's of varying sizes with more channels that i know what to do with.
I will 100% be purchasing any TV related items in require in the future.

Having used ATV several times over the years, their customer care and service is 2nd to none ! I placed an order again yesterday and in less than 24hrs it has arrived, you can't get much better than that for speed and efficiency. Their website is a treasure trove of very helpful information, along with some humorous anecdotes of now not to install aerials etc. Very happy to recommend them without hesitation, you will not be disappointed, many thanks again to all the staff for their continued excellent customer service.

Fantastic website, products and service

Brilliant! The website is a treasure trove of enthusiastic information. Everything you need to research your aerial installation and buy the correct kit. I got a kit - aerial and everything required to fit it (and I mean everything)... meant no trips to a diy shop for clips, or tape. The aerial, bracket, fixings, lead ... all great quality. Having found all the info I needed to plan in great detail, no way was my money going anywhere else. Some great Yorkshire humour and philosophy sprinkled in the website too. A friendly phone message to update me on a 1-day delivery dispatch too - great service.

The best kind of website; top information in superb detail; great quality stuff and the best service. Highly recommended.

An ATV triumph !!

After constant viewing problems with 2 smart TVs indoor aerial (1.4metres long).As a reasonable DIY person I decided to fit an outdoor aerial to try and improve on 74% reception.i studied the excellent information afforded by the ATV site for at least 3 weeks until I was clear on the choice of aerial plus cable and necessary fixings. The S/Coldfield mast was 10 km away In a built up area.
I selected the Yagi 10K (only just over 1 metre in length,so I did have doubts the reception may not improve a great deal. As a 74 year old fitting the aerial it was a treat ! Sturdy, well built and easy to fit.I fitted it on 10/05/20 and both TVs are now suburb ! Quality now 100%. Reception now 100% what more can I say ? H.K from Burntwood

ATV website-The most Honest and Informative site I have come across for TV Aerials. it has so much useful info alone, I feel guilty not buying an aerial! And the proces are as low as the prices in B&Q and ohter mass producers!

ATV the best.

Having found the ATV web site by chance it opened my eyes to what is available and what i would need for my aerial installation at my daughter's. It was easy to work out what was needed and i wanted a couple of extra bolts and connections so rang up and explained to the very helpful man on the other end of the phone . Paying was easy and arranged a convenient time for delivery . The products arrived when they said and was exactly what I ordered and of great quality. I would thoroughly recommend ATV to anyone . I luckily found this site while trying to find a replacement aerial, the information was invaluable whilst not giving me a hard sell, I recieved my aerial the following day as promised and its a quality item not screwfix rubbish, I forgot a couple of bits and rang the shop to order them and spoke to a very polite gentleman who posted them to me same day. My reciept was handwritten and that says it all. The information on the website really is worth reading if you need advice on aerials, top notch little company glad I found them, more than happy to recommend.

ATV: Quality kit with fast and friendly service all efficiently delivered.

I came across ATV whilst looking for information about 'banded' television aerials online. Having been most impressed with the extremely informative (and educational) website, I went ahead and ordered an aerial, mast poles, masthead amplifier, cable etc from them. The ordering was done online and although I live in a UK offshore location my order arrived, well packaged and complete, within four days of placing the order.
The equipment that I received was of the best quality. The communication and advice was faultless. I can now receive a solid strength signal on all broadcast muxes from a transmitter 52 miles away.

Really good advice and quality

Their website provides really, really good advice on TV aerials and everything to do with them. I bought some cable and an antenna splitter from them and they were both really good quality. The splitter even had all the connectors for the cables that connect into the splitter, and that's really rare. All in all, the place to go if you want good advice with a cost effective and quality solution rather than some cheap rubbish that will break down within the year.

What a great firm

I bought a splendid new 4K LG OLED TV a couple of weeks back and decided that it was time to replace my 16 year old (DIY shed-bought and self installed) aerial and cabling to help get the best possible picture.

I was going to get one from a well known national chain (whose name implies they specialise in screws...) but did a bit of hunting and discovered ATV's website.

To me, a bit of Co-Ax cable was a bit of Co-Ax cable, and I had a coil of the stuff left over from my previous efforts, but reading the ATV site soon convinced me that was a bad idea. Perhaps there was a copper shortage when it was made!

Anyhow, I decided to ring ATV to ask for some advice and, after the owner's valiant attempt to persuade me to keep my original aerial with lots of advice about how to get the best out of it (and to avoid him getting my money...), I managed to get him to sell me one of his LOG 36 kits.

By this stage, he'd already taken my details and had a look to sort out which kit was best for me given our location and the local transmitters, so I was confident what I was going to buy was right for the job.

The whole kit, aerial, bracket, pole, 20m of top quality cable, his stainless 'U' bolt upgrade, a whole box of cable clips and literally everything else I needed, was cheaper than buying the stuff with a no-name aerial and dubious cable from the above mentioned national firm.

The postage was only £4. Now how on earth he can send me all that stuff for that little I've no idea, but I ordered it at 11am on Friday and it arrived first thing on Monday morning. Marvellous.

And what lovely stuff it is too. All top quality, really well made and it's been a pleasure to fit.

The result? Well we have a mains powered signal booster for our old aerial and without it, I get three lights out of 12 on a signal direction finder (a Fringe Highlands/Worldwide VHF/UHF TV Signal Finder if you're interested - we use it on our narrow boat). Boosted, it gets up to 9 or 10.

I've not quite completed my cable run from ATV's kit yet, but with no booster (and using an old, used Co-Ax plug just to try it out) I'm getting 7 - 8 lights from it. This may well improve once I've fitted ATV's nice new brass plug. Boosted, it's smack up to the maximum 12. We will certainly be getting every available channel now.

I have to say I've found the website so interesting it's been hard to keep off it, and if there's anything you're not sure about with your aerial, the answers seem to be on it. Everything you need to fit the kits he sells is there and very easy to follow too.

To sum up, I've no idea how this chap provides such a great service for so little money, but anyone who still goes to a DIY shed or national chain to buy aerials and parts when he's out there must be nuts.

I'm from the East Midlands incidentally, and until the middle of last week, had never heard of ATV, so it goes without saying I have no connection with the firm except as a completely satisfied customer.

Excellent products and great service. I ordered the kit on Monday and it turned up on Tuesday morning. ATV really know everything there is to know about aerials, poles, brackets, clamps and cables. Great website too. Highly rated!

Love the site

Just found your site and seen the bodged jobs. As I am, at present, assisting a relative who had a very poor job of aerial installation on her property (and charged for work not actually carried out) I find it somewhat comforting to know that whilst she was charged for a very poor job she may well not be the only one!

Excellent quality, excellent service

I've used ATV a few times now. Their products are excellent quality and completely superior to those you see in DIY outlets. I live on the coast in the NW Highlands and have found the brackets etc Ive used from ATV to be the best - heavy quality, well galvanised and so haven't rusted.

They have also provided some very useful advice and guidance and their delivery is always prompt

Excellent advice from someone who knows what they're talking about

I'm not usually one to "review" this or that but wanted to register how I appreciate the information provided on ATV's website. Clear, uncomplicated, comprehensive and intelligent. Whether you buy something from them or not (frankly, I read it only out of interest), the information provided is worthwhile reading. Everyone has a TV/satellite cable of some sort or other, and it's best to know what you're buying next time around. Thanks ATV.
