My travel agent booked us a trip to…Portugal

My travel agent booked us a trip to Portugal back in Jan/26 using this company who secured our air Canada seats. Air Canada told us they refunded Airnets International and I called Airnets a few times and they told me they processed the refund Feb 11/26 and it could take 6 weeks. Still no refund and it’s Apr 8/26. Visa is now doing an investigation and doesn’t see that Airnets even tried yet. Very bad company trying to keep $3381.54 of my money. Fraudulent company!!

It seems like their office manager…

It seems like their office manager Frank lies to customers just to get rid off what he thinks that we are: problematic customers. . I do not understand why a big company let their workers tell customers blatant lies and let them get away with it,
