Can’t praise the service enough we travelled over 2 hours to view purchase and take away a media wall fire.the lads went above and beyond to help us will definitely recommend this outlet

I came across all about living online and saw a fire on their instagram and messaged. It was in the evening but to my surprise Scott replied almost instantly! The next day I called the store and got my beautiful Celsi dlx ordered. Scott gave me lots of info over the phone and different options, at no point did it feel a hard sell. To the point I worried if it was to good to be true as it had gone SO smoothly, I was wrong! The knowledge and service provided was spot on. They are hours away from me so delivery did worry me… faultless again. Arrived quickly, when they had promised and in perfect condition. I have now installed this into my media wall and it is absolutely stunning. Thank you Scott - I will recommend you over and over!

Great service - ordered an electric panoramic fire on the Friday and it was delivered on Monday. They were happy to answer questions before I purchased and they offer the best prices on the products I was looking at. I would definitely order again

I ordered a Celsi media wall from All About Living on Tuesday, for fitting this Monday coming. I received a call from Paul in logistics to arrange delivery on their own van rather than a courier. It was delivered on Saturday morning! Driver was extremely helpful, he also rang when he was on the way couldn’t fault the service.

I ordered a fire,which was delivered within 2 days.Unfortunately the fire was damaged quite badly,i went straight into panic mode,but didn't need to worry as after speaking to Scott it was all sorted and a new fire was delivered within a couple days!
I can't thank them enough for this wonderful service and my fire looks amazing!

Great service, my new wood burner was delivered by their own driver / van the price was the best I could find and delivery was within 48 hours.

scheduled delivery was 3 days late. Item arrived and was damaged. Customer service diabolical. No resolution found and gave up trying to get them to respond or help. Ended up with a "second" that cost me money to make good. DO not use this company.

I made my order on 27th September for ACR Trinity Electric Stove and Gloss Black corner unit , paid £873.05, On the website it was showing only 1 available,
Delivery arranged for 30th September

I get a phone call from All About Living on 29th September, They wanted to change delivery date because didn’t want to use a courier company, but wanted to use own transport, so new delivery date was set for 8th October 2025

All About Living never communicated a delivery time for the 8th October and I wasn’t sure after seeing only one ACR Trinity Electric Stove being available on 27th September.

I want my money back £873.05 and have consulted Nat West Credit Cards who will take up my case through a retail dispute if my refund isn’t acted on

Bought a new media wall fireplace from All About Living and they exceeded expectations. Very competitive pricing, choice of delivery date (from the next day) and I was kept informed throughout. Would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent customer service from 'All about Living' after a very disappointing experience with another company who advertised the same stove.
The electric stove I wanted arrived in the late evening (pre-arranged by 'phone) and many thanks to the company's driver for bringing it into our sitting room. It was well packaged and at a very competitive price. Communication was polite, informative and helpful, unlike the previous company. My only quibble is it is difficult to register as the serial number is not obviously visible.

Absolutely outstanding customer service. I don’t normally spend time writing reviews but this company has gone above and beyond for me. I ordered a media wall style fireplace on the Saturday evening for delivery the Monday. They called me Monday morning to say the glass had broken on the fire I ordered and offered me a totally free upgraded fire (which I checked out and cost a good £500 more) And they then delivered on the Tuesday so only a day late and with a great upgrade. My joiner was able to fit it the same afternoon and it looks fab. I spent a lot of time looking around and this company was the cheapest. Initially I was concerned that it was ‘too good to be true’ but absolutely not. Fantastic company, I wish more companies treated customers like this. We will be ordering another fire for our newly renovated kitchen soon and will 100% be using All About Living Ltd again. Thank you team, it’s so nice to feel valued in this fast moving commercial world.

Brilliant customer service, bought fire which was delivered by company’s own driver and van. Really helpful and honest staff, a company that is good to its customers and provides quality products

We were looking for a replacement “real flame” gas fire. The staff member dealing with us was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional and gave us lots of useful advice, including identifying suitable models to choose from based on size and flue type. We made a purchase and have collected our fire today from another friendly and efficient professional. It is exactly what we were looking for. In the showroom there is an extensive choice of fire types and surrounds. I would highly recommend this company.

I was searching the net for a particular Dimplex fire. I came across this company whose advertised price was very competitive. Having no previous experience with them, I looked at their reviews, which were positive. I ordered the fire through their web site. After this initial ordering, I was deciding whether to add a hearth and false flue to the order. I phoned the company and was answered by a lady who could not have been more friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I did phone them another couple of times to clarify a couple of points, and again, she was brilliant. On the day of my delivery, due to circumstances at home, I needed to know the delivery time. I phoned the company and a man answered the phone. Just like the lady before him, 100% friendly and helpful. In conclusion. Allaboutliving couldn’t have been more professional. There sales/enquiry team are a credit to them. Highly recommend them.

I wanted a Gazco Huntingdon 30 electric stove and the prices on companies websites varied wildly.
I emailed a few, only one took the time to ring me - All About Living.
Their price was the best, their delivery was included and they promised AND delivered in less than a week.
The delivery driver was more than helpful, even rang me twice on his way to keep me updated.
The driver point blank refused a tip, saying it was his job to help and that he was happy to do so.
This kind of helpful friendliness is not often found, so, thank you, All About Living - you promised and you delivered, EXCELLENT.
