I hope you still like the main service of game prices comparison that we provide. Please keep in mind our reward program is a bonus, but despite that we are still allocating a lot of ressources on it.

You also tell us that you got banned because you logged in another account. Well we are sorry but that is the point of our anti cheat system,that is to avoid multi-accounts, and our systems ban when there is a sustained activity on a second accounts, not just if you log by mistake.

About the slow support, I think you meant "vague" as in they wouldn't give you any details, since we have an almost 24/7 coverage (except sundays). That is a policy, we won't give ANY details about our anti-cheat procedures, or details about what an account did to get banned.

But rest assured that all reports are checked and the false positive are kept in check.

We constantly aim to improve our site so it's more user-friendly and optimized, however, we dont give an exact date of the new implementations to manage expectations. If you get steam messages from people that are trying to log in at your account that is a steam issue and i suggest you contact them, we just use the steam API the same as millions of other sites do. The security is on steam side.

If you see that suddenly that your points are gone without you have spend them anywhere, then you can contact us so we can check and help you out with that.

We would also like to thank you for the feedback, we are a small team so everything takes time. But some of the issue we had (twitch login issues for example) are not of our responsibility.

Lastly, we can't communicate as much details as we would since we do respect the confidentiality of our users, therefore we can't communicate about anything that isn't your own personal account. This is to protect each user privacy.

We do test our Trusted shops very regularly since we spend more than 10k € per months on games that we redistribute through our dedicated reward program, Steamkeybox .
But we can't test every single product on every single shop we feature, that is technicaly impossible.

And also that doesn't prevent mistakes on either ends (us or the vendors). In case we do mistakes on our comparator we always 100% refund.
But each vendor has his own policy about mistakes and refund, and it is the user responsability to make sure the shop he chose in our comparator is chosen knowing all those elements.

I have unfortunately not been able to find you contacting our support to report the issue but we definitely will verify this problem as we don't want to feature shops that breach laws.

One star for one mistake, if you use our site regularly, you know we deserve a better score.
