The process is slow due to everything being digital. However, everything is well documented so you do not need to worry about anything. Sometimes, it is problematic because you only get to talk to customer support directly at their offices, but the specialized teams like documentations, contracts, incidents can only be reached out via mail. Hence, you have to rely on customer support. However, they do try to help as much as possible.

I think , you recognize us well as a good tenant . It was really appreciate and Gerano is really very good person. He was waiting for us after his working hour i think . I would like to appreciate him .

Terrible experience. We were told the tenant service at 990+vat was optional. We passed the background check and were approved by the landlord. Before we signed the contract we asked for the optional service to be removed. We were then told that it is not optional, if we do not pay for 990+vat on top of all necessary deposits and insurance then we will not be able to rent the flat. After reading all the negative reviews on trustpilot, we decided not to rent the flat.

Visited an appartment for rent with one of their "agents":
Not only they ask for your complete bank movements of the last months (completely illegal, even in Spain), not only they pretend as if it would be normal that you clean and repair the apartment you'd like to rent (at your costs, and also you store all the owner's old stuff), but they also have the professionality to simply ghost you after sending tons of documents because it would take to long to just answer a message saying that the apt is already rented.
Lived in Italy, Germany, France and now Spain, this is the most unprofessional I have ever experienced.

Terrible service and rude behavior. They also show contempt toward foreigners, including people from Ukraine, Russia, and Latin America. I absolutely do not recommend them. Be careful.

Muy mal servicio y trato inadecuado. Además, demostraron una actitud de desprecio hacia personas extranjeras, en particular provenientes de Ucrania, Rusia y América Latina. No los recomiendo en absoluto. Tengan cuidado.

La immediatez me sorprendió de manera agradable,acostumbrado al margen horario como si fuese al inverso al de Canarias!

Después de numerosos intentos y más de 1 año de enviar correos electrónicos, llamar por teléfono y pedir ayuda, todavía no pasó nada. No solo nunca recibimos ayuda de Alquiler Seguro, sino que siempre son muy (!!) groseros, inútiles y culpan a todos, excepto a ellos mismos. Tienen muchos contratos con extranjeros, pero no hablan inglés. Sucedió hace 5 minutos que recibí una llamada de ellos, pedí cambiar al inglés y el agente sin decir nada simplemente me puso el teléfono. y no era la primera vez. ¿Qué clase de persona hace tal cosa? ¿Terminar una llamada sin decir nada? ¡¡EVITA A ESTA COMPAÑÍA A TODA COSTA!! El dueño de la propiedad nos posee mucho dinero y ni AS ni él hacen nada para devolvernos el dinero. ¡¡¡Escandaloso en todas las formas posibles!!!

after numerous attempts and more than 1 year of emailing, telephoning, asking for help still nothing happened. not just that we never got help from Alquiler Seguro, but they are always very (!!) rude, unhelpful and blaming everyone, other than themselves. They have a lot of contracts with foreigners, but they do not speak English. It happened 5 minutes ago that i got a call from them, i asked to switch to english and the agent without saying anything just put the phone on me. and it was not the first time. What kind of person does such a thing?? End a call without saying anything?? AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! The property owner owns us a lot of money and neither AS or him does anything to pay us back. Outrageous in all possible way!!!

Refuse to take any action on behalf of the lessee, though they also signed the rental contract.They solely represent the lessor, refuse to settle the accounts first before they are increasing the amount of the deposit (the owner is owing us more than 300 euros for months for reparations in the apartment that should have occured at his cost, but they have the gall to increase the amount of the deposit by a fraction of this)
Also no reparations made in the apartment whatsoever despite our numerous calls for action (including a pipe burst soaking the wall and the ceiling) and their representant tells me that the apartment, in which I cannot open the blinds (and neither the window) and have to use it with the lights up in daytime IS HABITABLE.
When I asked them to settle the accounts before any increase of the rental, the represenatant of Alquiler Seguro threatened me to end the contract in an unsigned email (clearly without previous consent od the owner and in a way that contradicts the contracts and law regulations)

After the contract it over. they ignore me totally online and when asked for the deposit back, they are nowhere to be found.

I made an enquiry about a flat I was interested in and was referred by Alquiler Segurer to their web site which is where I discovered their outrageous basic contract terms and I simply didn't go there. In addition to the standard month up front, deposit and their bung (which they were claiming IVA on - be interesting to know whether they pass that on) they were asking a further month for unspecified legal fees and it was entirely unclear what this was for and whether it was kept or returned. In my view this was sharp practice and the whole thing came across as disreputable.

So we wanted to rent a house that they offered and I called the main office. I must say the house was just posted (like 20 min ago), I can't stress this enough.
A lady answered the phone and we arranged a visit in 2 days (that was the earliest we could go according to her) . This lady spoke English well (they advertise they all speak English). So far so good! We were excited and we were ready to rent it at the moment we saw its pictures so we just waited to meet the realter in Sagunto. And .... this realter in Sagunto called me today telling me that the house had been taken and I asked that we weren't informed that this was a posibility and if we knew we would have reserved it at the moment we saw it. He said sorry but "it is what it is". He spoke very little English (as I mentioned they advertise that they speak several languages) and at the moment I said "Well, this is a bit unprofessional! Isn't there another option?" he started talking very fast in Spanish, it sounded very rude and I've informed him I didn't understand but he continued to speak in Spanish fast. As far as I know he might be swearing, how should I know?! It was extremly unpleasent experience to talk to him and the company just posts offers that might not be available at all.... DO NOT recommend them in any way. Unprofessional, rude, and their properties might not be available at all. Absolute false advertising that they speak English and they have 75K places - probably 80% are rented out already but they keep it so they can say they have a lot. I don't know... Very Disapointed!
