Excellent in all aspects of the service. i used them in April and again now in August 2025 and both times they were very, very good. I highly recommend them.

We booked a large van for 2h on a Saturday, only for the service not to show up. Upon calling the company, we were told that they unfortunately „forgot“ about the booking and were looking for a replacement. The replacement came about 2h late. Regarding our follow-up question what they could offer to make good on this bad situation, we were met with perplexed reactions that since „eventually“ the movers were coming, there‘d be nothing for us to complain about.
The movers themselves did a nice job, yet they would have just kept loading items if we would not have intervened to ask if we are still on track for our two hour booking. Only upon this explicit request they conceded that the would probably end up charging more – the delay on their part notwithstanding.
All in all, the job was done, but it was a stressful experience.

After some research, we contacted A Man With A Van London, and we found Steve very helpful. We arranged a moving date and paid the deposit. Unfortunately, our circumstances changed and we had to cancel a few days ahead of time. Steve was very understanding and refunded the deposit within the hour.
Although we never used his services for the move itself, we were very impressed with his responsiveness, transparency about costs and providing us with a number of reasonable options.

This wasn't the cheapest option of the ManWithVan companies I contacted, but it was certainly the only one which was flexible enough to accommodate our requirements. Costs were explained clearly upfront (and not exceeded), and Steve answered all emailed queries quickly and patiently. Driver Damon turned up promptly at the agreed time and, despite not being booked to do so, was extremely helpful with the loading and unloading process - we'd have struggled without him! Items were packed securely, and padding materials were provided. The whole process couldn't have gone more smoothly, and I would use them again without hesitation

Very poor service with a couple of broken pieces of furniture.
The two younger helpers were very unprofessional and kept complaining about how tired they were. They also only took a handful of larger boxes and furniture up to the new flat, leaving me and my friend to sort the rest.
The big blow was when they broke 2 pieces of glass furniture. I specifically told Steve that I was looking for a company who could move glass and it was no problem. To my astonishment they did not protect anything when moving in or out. No covers etc.
Don’t use unless you want to add more stress to your moving day.

This is to say how impressed we were with the team you sent us on Friday18th August 2023. They were pleasant, professional and extremely hard-working. Lovely lads and we will definitely be using them again. Thanks very much for your help. Susan and Ian

This service was amazing! Everyone I spoke to was so friendly and professional - it was a joy to work with you! I really appreciated being able to book a van on two days notice during the lockdown.
